Smooth with no dramas - I've used many agents and regardless of what you pay for I've had some great, some poor, some in the middle. Have only used Haart Dartford as a purchaser but can confirm they were at the great end of the scale - transparent, deal focused, had a good understanding of current prices and priced the house fairly at a level that wont cause issues with lender valuations and subsequently problems with sellers. Use these guys and ask for Chaice!

We sold our house with Haarts and they were so helpful by filling out forms and with any think we didn't understand .sadly our buyers pulled out at the last moment but with the help of the Chaice and Ronnie our house was put straight back on the market and has been sold .. They did not let us become despondent when we heard about first sale and though that we have great faith in them and I know they are always on the end of a phone or see me in person at their offices .

I am looking to start investing in buy to let properties and registered with all the estate agents in Dartford, some sent me regular l emails but none offered to find out my requirements and ask me the extra relevant questions. Haart asked beyond the regular questions and was able to dispel the myth that I couldn't buy a property on a pension below a certain level. They made an appt with their fin advisor who was very very helpful, explaining everything in a language I could understand and above all gave all the figures for my price range. At The end of the appt I felt hopeful and relieved that I could finally get onto the BTL property ladder.

I would never ever use this company again. We had problems when we sold our house due to lack of communication then when we started renting a property through them they took our deposit, we moved into a dirty home which they were supposed to be managing and did nothing about. We had no working boiler for nearly 2 months but we got nowhere as long as they still got the rent, they didn't care. We left the property on the 5th November and we should of got our deposit back but according to Haarts it has nothing to do with them and it was up to my old landlord and he lives in Australia. Haarts done know their arse from their elbow when it comes to managing a property they just past the buck onto someone else. We are now dealing with citizens advice to try and get our money back. It shouldn't be used doing this, it should be down to Haarts.

Just before Christmas, I had an issue with an outside tap that would not turn off. I called Haart and spoke to a lovely lady called Beth who was very understanding and efficient and contacted my landlord. Beth arranged for a contractor to come the next day. I was very grateful for the service that was provided.
