GoogleUNPROFESSIONAL AMATURES. We will never ever use this company again. Tried to sell our property and buy a new house through them. First buyer withdrew days before exchanging the contracts (6 months process) and the second buyer did not have his mortgage sorted after 4 months from putting an offer. We have lost two opportunities to buy a house on the way because their incompetence. Playing with peoples lives. Disgrace!

GoogleGreat service from Haart Dartford. After a buyer dropping out Haart made every effort to get us another sale in time to keep the house we are buying within a set deadline. A special mention for Phillip from Haart for keeping excellent communication throughout the process and enthusiastic approach to selling and generally a job well done. Would highly recommend Haart and Phillip to sell or buy your property.

GoogleBuying a house is so stressful but Ben Clark and the team in haart Dartford have so far made it stress free. Quick responses have fantastic solicitors and brokers at hand can’t recommend enough after some awful experiences with previous estate agents.

So much so that when I am able to remove my tenants from another property I will immediately instruct Haart to take on the management of it. GoogleWe have been managed by Haart for over a year now and always had concerns around their customer support and responsiveness. Yesterday we’ve had a call from the new property manager Cintia from Dartford Branch and she was very helpful in resolving our outstanding repair from last December so very pleased someone is there now to improve their reputation and customer experience.

GoogleThroughout the pandemic and the difficulties associated with renting properties, the team at Haart have stood out from the other managing agents I use. Bethany, although fairly new has continued the brilliance service I have received from this company. As other properties become available I have made a commitment with the Haart team to transfer them.

GoogleI used Haart Dartford to let out a property. They rented it out in record time!!! Less then 24hrs and I had tenant offer the asking price for rent and the process started, 9 days later the tenant moved in. They were very good and very attentive. They got back to me quickly with any questions I had. The staff were very friendly. Would recommend.
