GoogleI’ve been liaising with Cynthia for the past 6-9 months in my rented property that I’ve been in for nearly 2 years. I had a few frustrating situations with Hart but when she became my consultant my view changed on Hart completely and I finally got a fantastic and helpful service that I had been needing. She’s attentive, lovely to speak to and communicates very well. She even helped me fix the fridge that was broken from her own personal knowledge!! which I was impressed with. He was so nice, polite, proactive and always kept me informed and up to date with the latest info on my offer and the status of it even whilst being on leave! I think this is amazing and I can honestly say this is the best experience and customer service I had so far and I have dealt with so many agencies so I definitely can compare. GoogleAfter having been let down by our managing agency, I approached Leyla to see how Haart Dartford could help me. She listened to all the issues we were experiencing and was very patient, and not pushy/salesy, when due to a family emergency I wasn’t able to update her right away. Although for now we have decided to manage our property ourselves, I am saving Leyla’s details in case we do need help in the future. It is only because I’ve not been able to experience Haart’s full service or else it would have been 5 out of 5
