FacebookUseless not much help. Me and my boyfriend have been looking to rent with themselves and they never call you back when they say, we have to end up calling them, when you do they never want to speak. We loved a place we see but didn’t get a chance to view due to bad customer service, (still online but I believe has been taken now.)When I searched reviews online I see it we wasn’t alone with feeling this way as I see many other people feeling they don’t ever respond.

GoogleIm writing this review on behalf of my parents who made an attempt to sell their house through hearts in dartford .They had 4 views in 16 weeks, they do not get back in touch with you to give you feed back if you want to know you have to contact them. Every time you speak to them its a different person, .The branch has been closed since march so how they expect to sell houses ive no idea ,other agents are open.A stressful time was made worse a bad experence ,you get the idea that the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing, so they gave up and took the house off the market.
Good Morning, Thank you for getting in touch. I would be grateful if your parents could get in contact with me to discuss there concerns. I would be keen to learn the reasons why they got so little viewings in what is a very buoyant marketplace post lockdown. Sadly, our offices were closed at the end of March in order to comply with the Government restrictions. We continued to work from home while the government guidance remained "Those who can work from home SHOULD continue to work from home". The guidance subsequently changed which allowed our offices to open back up. We were then forced to close our doors again in November when we entered into another national lockdown. We emerged from this lockdown in Tier 3 which meant again, the government advice was that those who can work from home should work from home. The technology that Haart has available to them ensures that we have been able to work seamlessly from home.
