GoogleI have used Haart for many years now as a letting agent. They have generally been professional, courteous and good value for a good service delivered. Currently Cintia from the Dartford branch is handling lettings, so far so good, no complaints, service has been professional and where I have had questions she has gone away to get the answers. I like not having to chase people up and this certainly is the case here, they come back to me in good time. I would and actually have recommend Haart to others.

GoogleI have been a private tenant with Haart Dartford branch for Three years, They are professional, efficient, caring, friendly and kind, any issues or questions I have regarding my tenancy are dealt with swiftly and courteously. Cintia kozma my lettings advisor is amazing, she always greets me with a happy cheery politeness. She is an attentive listener, kind and caring any issues that may be concerning me are promptly resolved with the added kind reassurance from Cintia . I would highly recommend Haart lettings.

GoogleHi, I am so pleased with the level of professionalism and customer retention service recieved from the entire team at Haart.. Leyla...on the other hand is a top notch customer service person... she was very professional, calm, patient and listened to detail all through the process. Leyla never got fed up of my consistent calls and never gave me an attitude even when I tried ignoring her calls at some point while I was making my decisions. Leyla's perseverance on sorting something for me was top notch, she went as far as granting me a second viewing on request without a frown. GoogleAfter having been let down by our managing agency, I approached Leyla to see how Haart Dartford could help me. She listened to all the issues we were experiencing and was very patient, and not pushy/salesy, when due to a family emergency I wasn’t able to update her right away. Although for now we have decided to manage our property ourselves, I am saving Leyla’s details in case we do need help in the future. It is only because I’ve not been able to experience Haart’s full service or else it would have been 5 out of 5

I have been kept up to date at every given opportunity, had information processed promptly and my queries answered almost immediately. GoogleI’ve been liaising with Cynthia for the past 6-9 months in my rented property that I’ve been in for nearly 2 years. I had a few frustrating situations with Hart but when she became my consultant my view changed on Hart completely and I finally got a fantastic and helpful service that I had been needing. She’s attentive, lovely to speak to and communicates very well. She even helped me fix the fridge that was broken from her own personal knowledge!! which I was impressed with. GoogleI have been using this branch for letting out my property since 2015. The staff have always been courteous and professional in their conduct and have always strived to find a suitable client. I do enjoy the experience in particular the way they keep tabs on whether I need anything whilst i have my tenant as i manage the property myself. I am particularly impressed with Leyla Hassan who has always gone the extra mile since our first conversation in June 2017 to only this morning where she was updating me on recent referencing on a prospective tenant. She has always offered me free advice especially during the lockdown when one of my tenants lost his job. She explained my options and fortunately my tenant found a new role, but Leyla Hassan assured me not to have a knee jerk reaction so I was well equipped to consider all my options which is why when my other tenant was ready to leave recently, it was a no brainer to go back to Leyla Hassan to task her with finding a new tenant. My gut feeling about one prospective tenant taking too long to respond to enquiries was not ignored and was managed well as I need to be comfortable with who is living in my property. Leyla Hassan took that brief and was able to get at least six offers on the table again credit to her as she put it in writing to help me make a decision. Hopefully I will secure the new tenants in the next couple of days and when that tenancy ends I will not hesitate to contact Leyla Hassan as she has done a really great job, not just now but since I met her back in 2017, which is testament to how Haart make good use of a valuable resource.

GoogleOh wow,I could write a whole lot about my experience while on the house hunt! I met the good,the bad and the ugly. Fortunately one of the few good ones out there is Haart lettings with the delivery of highly professional service from arranging the viewing, to negotiating the rent and subsequently getting the offer,it's been a very pleasant one and for which I'd strongly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation. The assigned agent, Ayodeji delivered his task very diligently leaving no stone untouched to ensure a very hitch-free letting process. Keep the good work up guys!

GoogleI strongly recommend to sell or buy through Haart Dartford. The member of staff that has been helping me find a property to buy is Lisa Squibb. She is helpful and keeps you informed and is professional and if it wasn't for her I would never have found my perfect new home. It's been so nice, when you are dealing with the stress of finding somewhere to live, to have someone helping you and listening to your needs and requirements as she has done. I would definitely use Haart again if I needed to.

GoogleHaart have done a great job managing and letting our properties in Dartford. Our first contact was with Leyla Hassan who has been extremely helpful and is always quick to respond to any correspondence. There doesn't seem to be anything she can't do. Kelly Hill has also been really helpful as has Cintia Kozma. Between them they have always managed to get any request sorted in a very prompt manner. When our tenants moved out, they had new ones move in as quickly as possible. We use them to fully manage the property and so far they have done an excellent job. I would highly recommend.
