I have been searching for a property to rent since December 2019. it has been from one dissappointment to another. Then sometime in January 2020, i found a property online that i loved. I rang the agent and thankfully Leyla Hassan picked up. she was so welcoming and assured me i won't have to search for so long anymore. I told her what i wanted in a house, and she told me she has what i wanted... Good times, haha. we arranged for a viewing, she made sure i got to the property safely, as i got lost along the way. i admired the fact she went out of her way to make sure i arrived at the property in good time, compared to some other agents who would not even call to find out if you're lost. Leyla is Amazing, she is very professional, and i admire her professionalism. i just want to say thank you Leyla for ensuring i got my perfect home. oh yea, i got the property and i will be moving in soon with my family. thank you so much Leyla for your support and assistance. i will definitely recommend my family and friends to you when needed. Phoned haart with regards a suspected gas leak, Spoke with Beth who arranged for the gas company to perform a check, there was a “ neat “ leak hence carbon detectors hadn’t triggered as the gas was natural gas ( not been heated/ burned ) The engineer made safe property and spoke with Beth from Haart who then arranged Their contractor Gasjet to attend and repair. All fixed and working leak free by 5pm the same day.

Haart have done a great job managing and letting our properties in Dartford. Our first contact was with Leyla Hassan who has been extremely helpful and is always quick to respond to any correspondence. There doesn't seem to be anything she can't do. Kelly Hill has also been really helpful as has Cintia Kozma. Between them they have always managed to get any request sorted in a very prompt manner. When our tenants moved out, they had new ones move in as quickly as possible. We use them to fully manage the property and so far they have done an excellent job. I would highly recommend.
