Beth has recently taken over property management for the Dulwich area so has to pick up details of the issues for the property in Sydenham usually served by the Dulwich branch of Haart. Bethany has worked hard to get up to speed with a blockage issue which has a history of issues in the past in this property. She has been friendly and co operative in her endeavours to manage this issue and gives me constant feed back via email and phone contacts which I greatly appreciate as I act on behalf of my daughter who lives in France

We wanted to buy a flat first time we made an offer heard nothing back from them when I called them they said oh sorry it’s sold we forgot to call you back
Second time we found another place, made an offer and they wanted all our details including mortgage and deposit details and as soon as we send that we call them, they said sorry sold again without even putting our offer forward, when we ask why? They make up lies
They are not a trustworthy company, and by far the worst agency in Dartford

I must say two young ladies in particular have been wonderful, very professional in any correspondence and when showing us potential homes.
