GoogleJust recently gone through the process of renting a property through Your Move in Darlington and they have been very good From viewing the property to confirming move in date with references back and paperwork completed was 2 days! I have dealt with Zoe and she has been so helpful and always emailed back promptly or been on the phone when I've needed anything. GoogleZoe showed us round the property and answered all the questions we had. As the guarantee I wanted certain things confirming and she went beyond to make sure all questions were answered. I would highly highly recommend Yourmove and all the staff there.

GoogleThe most stressful and expensive time renting a house that had soaking ceilings and wasn’t habitable. My concerns and reasonable requests were ignored. It cost a fortune in heating bills trying to reduce the damp. I will not deal with company again. The house should not have been advertised. It was one traumatic situation to another.

GooglePresently listed our home for sale for 1 month and not had a single viewing. Pictures by Hannah are excellent. Overvalued the house to get the listing but I’ve now reduced the price more in line with comparable properties and hoping we may get some viewings and a sale soon.

GoogleLandlord renting out a property - poor communication from the estate agents and complete incompetence! Information not shared with the yourmove head office, wrong documents sent and tenancy agreements taking nearly a year to complete. New tenants (young family with baby) were left homeless and told they couldn't move in unless a document had been completed, which yourmove had failed to send out. All dealing and requests seem to be done over the phone so there is no audible trail and references. Overall extremely rubbish service.
