GoogleRented a property for 12 months, the process of viewing the property online was essential for us as we weren’t local to view in person. Quick process to get us moved in. Sadly we had to leave but again the process has been good.

GoogleAvoid! Reported a number of problems including a collapsed floorboard during our check-in. These issues were still unfixed when we moved out 3 years later. They had the cheek to take us through adjudication for our deposit (we got the full deposit back) which took 3 months. Avoid at all costs!

GoogleAlthough I haven't been a tenant in one of their properties very long. I have always had excellent service and advice. I would like to praise Andrea for her continued support and help at any time. I not only consider her my agent but also my friend. I have had a few problems but andrea always did her best to help.

GoogleShocking company , plenty problems reported nothing every was sorted , they took an extra months rent even though we moved out , and are holding our deposit 1 month after being moved out . Disgraceful.

GooglePoor valuation and rather expensive for what we got. Sales advice was lacking as was any real help in getting our sale pushed through any quicker. Due to the market at the time, we lost 15% on the original price of the house. If we'd have followed the advice of Your Move we'd have been waiting a lot longer to sell.

GoogleCon artists saying there’s a ccj on credit file when looking at credit file whilst on phone to them and there is nothing on credit file saying anything about ccj against the person that made the application. Excuses to keep the £137 making a profit from nothing. Nothing but thief’s.

GoogleOne star is a push, Rubbish communication attitude stinks.i had signed my tenacy to go in to collect my keys on the day to be told they wasnt ready.i hung around with all my removals to be told i wouldn't be getting my keys today Avoid.
