GoogleService wasn’t all it should have been when I first joined Your Move with the exception of Andrea. She is very efficient, always gets me the right price for worked carried out on my properties, very knowledgeable and efficient. She would go above and beyond to sort things out for me when I was unhappy with the level of service I received initially. Things have improved Im happy to say and hopefully it will continue to do so and I will be giving Your Move 5 stars next time

GoogleI own a number of properties managed by Your Move in Darlington. Over many years I’ve used a number of letting agents but the service and help I get from the Darlington office is exemplary, they go out of their way to help whether it an issue with a tenant, reletting a property, maintenance issues or a revamp of a property after a longstanding tenant moves on. I cannot speak highly enough of their service and help all very important to me as I am not a local resident and essential in ensuring an excellent working relationship. A big thank you, in particular to Andrea who is my main contact but all the team deserve thanks.

GoogleExcellent support team in Darlington , I've had tenants in the past and sold a property recently, no matter my query or issue, it was always dealt with efficiently. Emma, David and Danielle have always made time for me to call or pop in to the office with questions and they have always resolved them with a high friendly ,Professional standard of service. They also have excellent links with companies to help in all areas including for example, solicitors and boiler service connections and I have always found these companys and people to be of a highly professional and polite standard reflecting well on your moves recommendations and service.

GoogleAs a landlord, who no longer lives in the same town as her property, I have complete trust in this agency to look after both my interests and that of my tenant. Lindsay in particular has been excellent recently with an issue, working through a solution which satisfies both parties and keeping me informed at every step. However, all staff are attentive and extremely helpful.

GoogleWe made a mistake when we started selling the house - we went with the wrong estate agent. But as soon as we switched to Your Move in Darlington, the difference was like 'chalk & cheese' as they say. The personnel in Your Move were very efficient, very professional and very contactable, responding immediately to all of our enquiries. We would have no hesitation in recommending Your Move Darlington to anyone selling a house in the area.

GoogleWe cannot say enough about the staff and the firm of your move. From the initial meeting with the evaluation,to the closure of the sale. All of our needs and requirements were met.
