The staff CAN be helpful, although as a new and current tenant I have found them to be hostile, rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, and unhelpful. They don't keep me updated of issues which need resolving, the phone rarely gets answered, no call-backs. The level of customer service is awful.

Hi Danny Thank you for taking the time to give us a review, we value all feedback and use it as an opportunity to improve our service. Prior to you moving into the property on Friday we removed all the items that you had agreed with the accompanied viewer. Then once moved in, you called to say there were more items to remove, however these were not mentioned to our accompanied viewer initially. The majority of these additional items were cleaning equipment, mops etc. On Saturday you spoke to at least two members of staff and on one of those occasions your phone cut out. We were also extremely busy on Saturday, so we apologise if you couldn’t get through to us after this or leave a message, we’re investigating this with the our phone provider. We ask you to reconsider your two star rating as we feel it’s unfair. If you had pointed out all the items initially we would have had them removed along with the other items. Mr Beevers,Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The administration fee paid was held, however there are several factors we feel necessary to highlight, You were warned multiple times that we always advise against taking a property without a viewing as you did.You were also advised that if you decided not to go ahead then the admin fee was non-refundable.After you explained you had a problem with the application form and uploading documents, we met you in person and helped you complete it.Once all information was finally gathered you then ignored multiple calls from our referencing department when trying to organise a move in and then requested a refund.Unfortunately, we can’t keep properties on the market indefinitely and if we don’t hear back from an applicant for an extended period then we need to remarked it.You were also incredibly abusive to our staff members in the process.As a gesture of goodwill, if you / your brother would like to apply for another property in the future then we would be prepared to transfer the administration fee to another property. On the premise that the abuse of our staff is curbed.You are well within your right to contact the Property Ombudsman, please feel free to do so should you feel our response inadequate.My Property Box

Except for a window repair which is now in hand and will be completed next week.The mailbox issue you’ve referenced did take a while to resolve, we weren’t supplied any keys, we had to exhaust all other options before arranging for entry to be forced and the locks changes, which we subsequently did.
