GoogleI put an offer in on a property and they didn’t even bother ringing me to let me know it had been declined, just a email. No feedback or opportunity to increase my offer.
Sorry to hear of your experience with ourselves. looking into this, we acted for a solicitor who asked us to negotiate and communicate a certain way in this particular case. It is not normally our preference and so sorry to have not given you an example of our normally, excellent service and going forward I am sure, given the opportunity if you deal with us again we will be able to demonstrate this and you can be assured of our best attention of all times.
