GoogleMoved over to them after 6 months with another estate agents and this firm found our buyer within 3 days. Joe and Olivia and the photographer and Debbie and all the others we dealt with were really good. They always answered queries promptly and were on the ball. All you want.

GoogleI moved in to my lovely new home last week, and it was a very stress free experience thanks to the lovely staff at Ann Cordey. Very prompt response to any queries, and any very minor issues ironed out straight away. I would definitely recommend and I would use again, although I have found my forever home!

Just a thought, but why don't you target investors with GENUINE investment opportunities, rather than filling our inboxes with multiple IDEAL INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY when you know, at that price, it is far from it. Also, as an investor who has bought through you in the past, LISTEN to the feedback, acknowledge it and look at ways to improve your service. As a young investor, you should be building a relationship up with me for the future not boring me with generic emails....

We have updated our system so we can tailor it more specifically, and we are now much more able to get the right property to the right client, we are selling properties much more quickly and have an instant accessible client waiting list to contact when we take on a new listing. GoogleExcellent friendly service. The staff were in regular contact with the buyers and with both sets of solicitors and they kept me informed every step of the way.
