GoogleVery disappointing performance. Thought we had a sale but through a lack of a pro active approach it didn't happen. Would never use again.... And they even want paying if they don't sell your property!!! Avoid!!!

So sorry to hear this, as no issue was ever brought to my attention as manager, I am sorry that I was not able to speak with you personally to discuss the issues you had at the time.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Ann Cordey Estate Agents, Darlington. I found them to be unprofessional and inadequate. Along with their exorbitantly high fee this firm even attempted to try and charge a fee of £100 for recommending a solicitor that I had already instructed. I found this disgusting and unacceptable. I would never recommend Ann Cordey Estate Agents to anyone.
