GoogleMy partner was the buyer of a property handled by Ann Cordey Estate Agents, so not a client as such. What a fantastic estate agents. Definitely worth their fee. He had more updates from this team than he did from the solicitors. They did not just sell the house but followed it up with progress reports via email. We can thoroughly recommend this Estate Agents who were, sometimes, our only link to buying the property.

GoogleTakes the estate agent days to get back in touch. Overpriced housing in Darlington and Sally is especially rude. Very passive aggressive and snappy. Will not be using these in future, personally or with my property business.

Everything they do big or small they go above and beyond I can not thanks them enough for all there help advice and support during the selling of our first house. I felt comfortable just picking up the phone and asking question no question was a silly question and I felt reassured straight away. GoogleI’ve used Ann Cordey twice now, and I must admit their service and professionalism is second to none. The second time I used them was to sell my late fathers home, as you can appreciate this was quite a stressful and upsetting time. All the staff at Ann Cordey were empathetic, caring and dealt with the situation in a completely professional manner, which made my life so much easier. They kept me informed at every step of the way, not only this they sold my dads house within a week of it being on the market at a great price. Their service and charges are excellent, I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future, I’ll definitely be back to use the service when I sell my current house. GoogleI was recommended Ann Cordey and am pleased to say during difficult Covid times was able to complete a sale on a price that Ann Cordy's and myself had agreed on mutually as a fair price at the outset and we achieved that figure. I did on a couple of times have to chase feedback after viewings but when i brought this to light it was dealt with promptly so i have no complaint there just a point. I am known for saying things as they are so there we go a truthful review.I would def use again.I am told there is only one other in Darlington whose service comes anywhere close.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleHaving used Ann Cordey a couple of times, I got them in again to sell my Dads house. Jayne arrived on time and gave us her professional opinion. They communicated well and after a week we had our first offer. The second week we accepted a better offer and sold the house. One of the things I like about AC is when you ring you get a person picking up your call, which always makes it feel personal.
