GoogleWe sold our house with Ann Cordey Estate Agents back in December, during a pretty stressful time... tier restrictions/covid/pre Xmas! Jayne and the team were brilliant! Kept us informed every step of the way, and always answered my 1001 questions professionally, and like nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend them. Thank you to the whole team!

Always get back to you the same day, answering all queries and if they can’t, a clear explanation as to why and what they will do to help is given. Even when it isn’t directly their issue, they are always happy to help. FacebookRecently sold my property with Ann Cordey. Highly recommended estate agents. Valuation was realistic and fees were fair considering what was included. Listed my property same day as taking the pictures and accepted an offer the next working day. Jayne's photos and description of the property were excellent. Debbie, Sally-Ann and Elise kept me updated throughout. If I ever fancy enduring selling a property again I wouldn't hesitate in instructing Ann Cordey. Thank you Ann Cordey team.

GoogleOur experience started with Jayne we were selling our dad's house due to him passing away and the first thing Jayne had said was sorry to hear about your loss she took time talked us through everything with no pressure told us to get another valuation we did this by venture all they were bothered about was getting the business I even told them I was going with ann cordy to sell the house and emails and phone calls still came stay clear of venture definitely the right decision to go with ann cordy our dad's house sold straight away all the staff fantastic all info past straight away no issues or any problems at all so a massive thank you to you all

From the start the process was straight forward with courteous, positive and personal attention paid to ensure I was happy as the vendor with both the particulars and the process. At all times the staff ensured I was kept up to date. We required a property valuation and were so impressed with the process - from calling up and immediately reaching a real person (no robots!) to the valuation appointment being conducted professionally and extra little features other estate agents didn't provide like a booklet on properties that had sold recently in the area to give us a better idea of the local market. Would definitely recommend
