GoogleOverall v good letting agency with agents available to resolve pbs fast. I would have hoped that the landlord would have known about all the bits and bobs which were wrong in the rental but in the end, all was solved pretty fast. Thanks

GoogleLiars and total scammers when it comes to releasing the deposit. No matter how honest a person is with them , they are like a machine for making false claims to your deposit.

Our records show that a portion of your deposit was used for cleaning costs, based on the property's condition compared to the initial inventory report. This is standard practice to maintain the property for future tenants. We value honesty and transparency and do not create unnecessary claims.

GoogleHaving had for the last few years my property on as a rental I used Auckland Estates - Hazel who looked after rentals was fantastic, always quick to respond back with any queries that needed answering, a brilliant communicator and she got the job done. I would highly recommend Auckland’s to use if your wanting to rent out a property.

GooglePositives: they got people through the door and we got a reasonable price for our house with their marketing. Negatives: lack of communication, no next steps information which should be standard practice, switched off - at one stage they didn't even realise I was their client and then said I had spoken to a member of the lettings team.
