GoogleWe are first time buyers and have been trying to buy for a while. This was the first time we felt supported by the sales agent rather than a number….. I regret this previous review, zero help with a seller that left there rubbish in our house and still have their sign outside my house a month after the move.

GoogleI was recommended Stoneshaw Estates by a friend and they didn't disappoint. They explained everything from the start and when things got difficult during the sale they kept in touch with both solicitors to keep the sale moving. Very competitive rates and would highly recommend to anyone selling a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleBooked a viewing through Gabby! When we got there the tenants have no idea that we booked a viewing! Called to her and the agency a dozen times and no one replied! Such a waste of time and ruined our weekend! Really disappointing! Poor communication!

GoogleI am impressed with Shoneshaw estate agent professional management. I am a landlord living aboard, Shoneshaw will take care everything for me. Also, took initiative to remind me thing done to get done, for example the landlord license. They also negotiate for me with my tenant.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleAbsolutely shocked and disappointed at the lack of empathy shown from this agency and discriminating a tenant for having fled domestic violence. Shame on you! AVOID!!!!
