GoogleBeen renting property via Stoneshaw for almost 3 years and had best experience that could possibly receive. Very flexible on days and afternoon times when house inspection was due. Had boiler emergencies twice, all was fixed following day. Had other issues and all was fixed within the days. Always very professional, never felt mistreated (beeing foreigner). We purchased our onw house now and Stoneshaw just forwarded around 95% of our deposit back to us. Heard so many bad stories about deposit returns and was expecting the worst or a war, but this agency (Darren in particular) again, delivered absolutely amazing service. Thank you!!! Recommended.

GoogleI’m very happy with stoneshaw from the very first time they came to our house. They was very understanding,very friendly,they adapted to all are needs and followed it through to the end. Despite all the problems they had to deal with being that me and the wife was going through a difficult divorce, I really don’t know how they didn’t give up trying to sell our property with what they had to put up with from me and the wife, if I was selling a property I’d definitely use them again but just make sure I’m not married. I really don’t know how they stuck it out I really do take my hat of to them, we also had more agents selling our house and none of them came anywhere close to the service we got from stoneshaw, I truly say this from my heart they are unbelievable amazing, I could gone on and say lots more about what they done for us. But I keep it shot and sweet, thanks for everything.xxx

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting agency to deal with!!! The worst agency I dealt with in my entire life.. would never recommend them! They are absolutely heartless and not even allowing me to arrange a viewing and giving me 100 reasons why they would not show me a property even when I said I am flexible. My family lost our house with all of our documents and I said that we urgently need to find a place and issue new documents because of the fire and they said they will not even allow us to see the property because we don’t have documents! I said we have driving licence but they didn’t even want to listen. Absolutely terribly people to deal with !!! Not enough what I went through but to deal with them it has been absolutely nightmare l!!! Run away from them!!!!!!

GoogleI have now been with Stoneshaws for three years and have no reason to change. After problems with tenants prior to using them as a letting agent it has been such a relief to know that it is all in good hands. Stoneshaws are very helpful with things that go beyond the letting role and are quick to communicate with me if there are any problems. They have found a great tenant and ensure that the tenancy terms are met from both sides. Always pleasant to deal would recommend them tenfold!

GoogleVery poor customer service! They just can't be bothered with coming with solutions to a problem instead hang up the phone. Particularly a lady named "Lisa" from the "Dagenham Heathway branch unbelievably Rude and arrogant, does not deserve to be in a estate agent or work in a customer service environment, she has no patience whatsoever! Never will recommend or will be dealing with them ever!NegativeQuality
