My daughter and I moved into their renting property almost 5 years ago and they always have been brilliant. Can tell you that they are the most helpful letting management company I came across. I arrived for 3.10pm on Saturday to view a property as booked through estate agent. Upon arrival nobody from the estate agent was present, I called estate agent but no answer, I had to find out from the tenant living there that all Viewings were cancelled as an offer was accepted on Wednesday, estate agent didn't even have the decentsy to inform me any of this so I made a wasted journey
