Wow! I never knew there was such a thing as a stress free project in selling your house!! Well seriously, go to haart estate agents at Dagenham and with Ben Carmicheal, that is exactly what your experience will be. Ben is a credit to the business, I was sadley going through a bereavement unexpected and suddenly during the process and I could not have been in safer hands. Pressure free, warm natured and always on the ball. So experienced and customer service was outstanding. I have a flat that is fully managed by Haart in Dagenham. Lee Kennedy and his team have been fantastic when dealing with any questions or queries from my previous and / or existing tenants. They have also been fantastic when finding my next tenant and managed the whole process including photos, marketing, viewings and referencing etc. whilst keeping me updated at all times. Lee even went above and beyond by speaking to various decorators and meeting them at the property to obtain quotes when the flat required a re-paint. He then visited the property afterwards and sent me photos of the finished repainting as I was unable to visit. Lee has always been friendly and professional. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for him and I would certainly recommend Lee and the Haart Lettings team in Dagenham for anyone that requires an agency to manage / rent out their property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
