haart Estate agents, Dagenham have recently sold our property, they attended the address at a mutually convenient time, measured, took photos and valued the property - giving some good advice around the current housing market. Although not the cheapest in terms of their charges, they certainly did their job. The first weekend advertised, they had organised a viewing with clients, who made an offer and purchased the property. They kept things moving along between purchasing and selling solicitors and kept good contact with us throughout the process. Thank you haart, especially Karen.

My experience with Haart Estate Agency was very good. Me and my wife was looking to buy a property for sometime. Passing by the Haart Estate Agency in Dagenham we have see a property for sale in the window and decided to enter and ask. Like not other estate agency we have been greeted with a very nice smile by all the staff. I’ve been renting via Haaart for a little over three years and I’ve always been impressed by the service from the first day I found a property online all the way through the process until I got the keys with a really helpful agent called Rachel Darbo. The landlord leaves a lot to be desired!!! But the property manager Alison Sadler has been an absolute God send, she always responds to my emails so efficiently, she’s helped with everything that’s needed resolving over the years, she’s so friendly and always goes above and beyond to help and resolve the issue and chase the landlord for authorisation when needed. If it wasn’t for her I would have moved out after the two years but she’s just made everything so easy I’ve just done my second renewal. They are so professional and selfless, when the door was stuck on a Friday evening, my knight in a shiny white car Sergio Pinzon Trillin came over to the house (even though it was close to closing time) and helped to get the door open, he refused to give up until he got the door open and I’m so grateful, I was expecting to be told to call a locksmith. He even did a bit of DIY once he eventually got it open, to make sure me and my little one weren’t going to left in the cold or out of pocket by needing a locksmith. (I’m sorry if I’ve misspelled your name). I just can’t fault them, highly recommended estate agents. I will definitely use them again. And hopefully you will get Alison as your property manager and all will be well. Alison and Sergio are an absolute credit to Haart and Rachel Darbo too. Thanks you all so much for all that you do.
