GoogleHaarts Dagenham is managing my home while Ive been living abroad for just over two years now. Jodie the branch manager at the time, visited me at home to discuss the management options and her advise was valuable, for peace of mind I opted for full management and rent protection insurance. Alison, the property manager, is the person who really manages our relationship, and has really exceeded my expectations many times by going the extra mile in overseeing all of my needs and concerns. I've had tenants that stopped paying rent at one point but I was able to remain calm because she took ownership, filed rent protection claim and kept me updated during the whole period. Another occasion I had HMRC tax filing issue (HMRC were in the wrong) and she again got me quick assistance via Haarts tax department to aid resolving the matter. I live abroad and she's sensitive to the time difference, she and her team have all been pleasant to deal with, whether its over the phone or email. I find Alison especially, shows care and attention, and Ive been made to feel welcomed to get in contact whenever I have a concern, most recently I've been assisted with LBBD landlord relicensing. The service Ive recieved is second to none, I would definitely recommend Alison and Haarts to friends and family for their letting needs business.

GoogleHaart Dagenham is helping me to find my second property. I visited some other Estate Agents but I will say Haart Dagenham is the best. They also helped me when I bought my first property. Especially, Mr Ben Carmichael is amazing, very helpful, professional and friendly. I wish their best and recommend others to take their services to get the best rather than going somewhere else.

GoogleI contacted Haart to let my property out. Karen Elliott-Weare from Haart is dealing with my request for few months now. I found Karen very knowledgeable in letting industry. Her expertise, attention to details, organising skills and prioritisation are very admirable. She took me through all minute details of letting a property out and explained the way she works to get a good tenant in the rate I want. In all honesty she eased all my concerns. I can assure that she cares a lot about the landlords and work passionately to protect their assets the best way she can on behalf of Haart.

GoogleI wanted to move back to london but didn’t know where to start, I contacted haart in Dagenham and spoke to Nazmeen, she was very patient and sympathetic, she asked me what my budget was and sent me brochures of properties currently on the market in my price range. GoogleExtremely disappointing, while other branches of Haart do the dealings on the records(for the the offers made, others send the confirmation through phone, email and post). It seems this one does not. I made an offer on a property but never received any confirmation. Upon following up, came to know that was rejected, increased the offer afterwards but same thing, no response, feedback or anything. upon following again, agent informed it was rejected again. There is no such thing such as communication. With the lack of any record about the dealings, it raises a big question mark upon the transparency of the process. To be honest, if I am an owner of house, I would think twice before putting my house on market with these guys.

GoogleWe saw a property through Haarts and Kate was the person we met. She was really polite, friendly and professional. She negotiated our offer and managed to get our offer accepted. Kate went over and beyond through the whole process. Really exceed our expectations. She's wasted in an admin role and really should be handling management roles. She is an asset to the company. If I wasn't for her services and the way she handle our case we wouldn't have stayed as long as we did with haarts for a purchase on a property so thanks Kate.
