They were very efficient finding our initial tenants and transitioning to new tenants, minimising disruption to our rental income. Nikola Tokarska has been great, arranging the tenants, contractors and work completed within a short period to facilitate quick and efficient move.

Balgores in Romford dealing with Glenn Hardie and Claire Dartnell is amazing. I could not thank Glenn and Claire enough for their professional and calm approach towards the mortgage from start to Finish. The fact find to mortgage offer. When I couldn’t get the documents in a timely manner for one provider Glenn was very helpful by applying with another lender. It turned out to change my fortunes as i was given an offer by them within a week and am now in a strong position to complete on a house which I must complete on by 22nd March 2024 due to auction deadline.
