I met Rayyan at a viewing in Dagenham and although I did not offer with him, he was incredibly insightful and supplied me with the knowledge and tools needed to find the right purchase. He taught me how to offer, importance of floorplan and Sqftage. Long story short, I ended up finding my forever home within weeks rather than the 13 weeks i spent looking at the wrong property types!! If anyone is a First time buyer and is looking for support. My experience with this estate agent was disappointing. Throughout the tenancy process, it felt as though Nikola was primarily concerned with protecting the landlord's interests rather than acting fairly between both parties. Before moving in, we specifically requested that the property be professionally cleaned. However, when we received the keys, we found the house in an unacceptable condition, with dead flies, grease, dust, and mouse droppings present throughout the property. When we raised this issue with Nikola and asked about the professional cleaning, we were informed that the landlord had cleaned the property themselves instead. Rather than helping to resolve the situation, Nikola appeared unwilling to address our concerns and became quite negative in her responses. We were left feeling unsupported despite raising legitimate issues regarding the property's condition. Based on our experience, I would advise prospective tenants to exercise caution before renting the property on Stamford Road and to ensure that any promises regarding cleaning or property condition are confirmed and documented in writing before moving in

Used to advertise to let and there lettings team helped with lots of help to speed things up, superior to other agents, I then decided to sell and equally it was listed on various platforms but I'n competitive area had lots of viewings but didn't stand out, then ray went through previous viewers and a buyer was found. Recommended conveyancers to use and with 12 weeks it was completed..selling cost was average but selling and completing so fast is testament to there skill attaining an offer and smooth transfer using them..Happy with there service in letting and selling

Bought a flat from Balgores and really pleased with the service including the after sales service from these guys. I really want to mention Louise too, without her the sale would not have completed in time. Not only did she chase the progress, but she also helped me understand so much, and pointed me in the right direction. We had two hopeless solicitors, both mine and the sellers and Louise really fixed things. Also Femi - top guy, I liked dealing with him, simple straightforward and got the price negotiated and sale complete in the first place. Same for all the other guys there - Rayyan and Sarah, always calls back with answers or updates! I’m looking at buying another from Balgores simply because of the buying experience.

I had just entered the country and was looking for a place to move in as quickly as possible. When I contacted balgores to schedule a viewing, the agent Michael was quite rude, judgemental and pompous and told me how he wanted to check first if I might be able to afford the property in the first place prior to scheduling a viewing or it would just be a waste of time for all of us. Once we viewed the flat, Michael told me how he should be able to get me in as quickly as possible. Once I paid the deposit, he called me and told me that the move in date would not be till the end of the week. It seemed convenient how he mentioned it only after I paid the deposit. I was under considerable duress but I tried to adjust anyways and trusted him. He ignored my calls multiple times and the times he picked up he was rude and unpleasant to speak to and hardly listened to what i had to say and also made judgementsand also snapped back at me. At last , 2 weeks later a day prior to the move in date, he called me to let me know that the move in would be further delayed as there was an issue with a safety certificate and he couldn't even commit to a date when the issue would be resolved. Eventually I had to ask for them to return all the money I had paid close to 3800 quids. Although I received my money back, the discomfort and mental hassle I had during the period was devastating to say the least. Extremely unprofessional behaviors.
