TrustpilotPersistence paid off.
Jack at the Loughton branch was absolutely amazing. He worked with me on a tricky sale that required an extended lease. As the buyer he was my contact in the important negations between the two solicitors and he never gave up over the 7 months it took from the viewing the property to completion. He was always calm polite and professional throughout.

TrustpilotThank you very much Balgores Property.
As they assisted me throughout the entire mortgage process, from getting a principal to applying with lenders. They were also very helpful with answering all my questions as a first time buyer. Thank you, Melissa and Gemma for making the process so smooth for a first time buyer.

We done Jack Clarke at Loughton on your amazing patience over the recent sale on our property. You continued to give it your all for us. How we would have got through this without your perseverance and determination to explore all avenues to make this sale happen. A big thank you from us all sorry we gave you such a hard time thank you for keeping us sane. The Frost family

TrustpilotI had a great experience with my move
I had a great experience with my move, being a first time buyer I was pleased that I had communication all the time from Claire Dartnell and Pete Walker by keeping me up to date with the process. Very friendly and very quick in answering any queries I had. This made my move a lot easier and less stressful. Would fully recommend!

Ross Burton at Balgores Romford sold my flat in Romford in record time. Not only did he find my buyer at the price I wanted he helped progress my purchase as the agent was not very proactive. This whole team go above and beyond to make sure their client is moved and kept at ease at all times. Communication is second to none. Outstanding agent that I would definitely recommend.

We didn't like the service when we were selling our home with them. We don't believe that they conducted enough affordability checks on our potential buyer.

Just completed the sale of my property. It has taken quite a while, but throughout the ups and downs Chris and Donna have held my hand and smoothed the path to completion. Whenever there was a tangle, they helped me to get through it. I can’t express enough how grateful I am.

TrustpilotPersonalised Mortgage Broker
While a well-known broker abandoned my case without further investigation, I am glad to be introduced to Balgores own mortgage broker, who not only found a BTL offer with the constraints that came with the property but also ensured a decent interest in light of today's increasing interest rate. It really worked for me. Thank you, Ali.
