GoogleThe worst people to buy from specially the manager is the worst agent I have come across. Very toxic and if you go to buy with them you will regret it. Please avoid in all cost and sellers please don't sell with them as they are liars

TrustpilotWere agent for my seller
Were agent for my seller, but also pivotal in progressing to completion. If only they'd covered the area I was selling from, I'm sure things could have moved even faster! If later sell, will definitely go through them.

Great service from Balgores (Hornchurch) when buying our house, even though we were not directly their client, they kept us up to date at every stage. Donna in particular has been brilliant and key to our quick exchange. Everyone I have spoken to there has been professional and helpful.

Trustpilot5* service
Everyone at Balgores couldn’t have been more helpful. As usual the selling & buying process throws some curve balls in along the way, but every single time (Daniel especially) stepped up to the mark and got us back on track. We are now living in our dream home! Yes they’re not the cheapest but I do truly believe that you get what you pay for! Thank you Balgores

Me and my wife are both first time buyers. Balgores property Romford helped us buy our first house. They are extremely professional and will guide anyone on the process of buying a property. We always felt that we are prioritized and updated every step of the way.

Jai didn`t let us down and showed us our dream home. Christian, their mortgage advisor, saved our bacon after the bank i chose and researched let us down. He found us another one and kept the sale going. Really pleased. Highly recommend them!PS: thank you for answering our stupid questions as first time buyers :DDanut and Oana-Maria.

I met with one of the sales consultants, Kellee. Not only was she punctual but knowledgeable. She came armed with relevant literature for me to take away and had sent further info. to me within the hour. I used these people years ago and tbh was pleaseantly surprised that they have maintained such excellent levels of service.

GoogleWe have received a quality service throughout the whole process and whole team was very professional but Femi specially helped us a lot and guided us on each step and without his help, it was not possible to make our first Purchase. I would highly recommend them as they are best in the area.

Great service from Balgores in selling our home. The well-organised team were always happy to help. Donna especially was an absolute star. She communicated efficiently and effectively with the rest of the chain. Her hard work was a major factor in ensuring that our sale went through to exchange. Would highly recommend.

I needed a good agency to let my mother's house when she went into residential care and then, in due course, to sell it. As I live some 500 miles away from the house I had to have an agency that kept me informed and could sort out all the day to day issues. Balgores Property did not let me down. Top marks.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
