I got in contact with Thorntons after a recent accident where I was involved in car crash. I wanted to seek further help in looking what to do about claiming for the injury’s that had been caused. Jillion helped me through it all and I couldn’t have asked for someone better, she kept my mind at ease while she spoke on my behalf, and always kept me up to date on every thing, we got there in the end and I’m more than happy with the results, thank you so much!

Nothing was to too much trouble for her, even came to my flat and got me to sign the deeds. Kept in touch with me most days. I feel I was really really lucky to have her as my agent.

I note from earlier reviews that Thorntons staff generally receive high praise from their clients. My experience confirms their superb service, I was represented by Daniel McGinn who initially put me at ease and guided me through a Personal Injury issue to a successful conclusion. Throughout the claim "Danny" was polite, reassuring and professional in all aspects keeping me up-dated at every stage together with giving opinion and perspective based on his experience. The process took longer than I expected but I was given realistic expectations throughout.If you are thinking about engaging Thorntons and are fortunate enough to get the services of Daniel McGinn you will, in my opinion, be in a safe pair of hands.

I recently used Thorntons to do the conveyancing on an apartment we bought. The experience we had was first class. The amount of communication was perfect, and at no time did I feel I was wanting for information. I had complete trust that my interests were being looked after, and everything completed exactly when I was told it would at the beginning. All of my previous conveyancing experiences were comparatively poor and frustrating, which I had come to believe was the norm. Thorntons have now raised the bar for me.
