GoogleThis is a very busy time for estate agents and I understand that, however, K Property doesn't just take a while to respond to emails, they actually just don't get back to you at all. Whats more frustrating is one week later and the property is still up for let, so it is clear that they are failing their clients. They were terrible before the pandemic (I remember showing up to view an apartment and they actually had the wrong amount of bedrooms listed on the ad so totally wasted our time), but now they just have an excuse for it.

GoogleSince moving into our flat we have not had very many issues but the issues we have had Lynn has sorted for us so quickly. We recently had an issue with our boiler and with having a 3 month old baby we needed it sorting quickly, Lynn had this arranged and had it fixed the same day we contacted her. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about renting through K Property!
