We sold our home with Katrina recently. The service we received was fabulous from the initial discussion to the completion. Katrina is a great communicator, she always followed through any query we had timeously. When our property was sold subject to completion Katrina continued to contact us to inform us of other suitable properties on the market including listing on other estate agents platforms as she was keen to assist us in finding our new home, which we truly appreciated. The team at K property is amazing! My partner and I had been searching the rental market for the perfect place for our pup - the team at K property made the entire process so quick and simple! We worked specifically with Lynn, but also spoke with Dona and the rest of the team who were all so incredibly sweet. Lynn made the process of moving so seamless and easy, explaining exactly what documents we needed and kindly waiting while we collected these. We were provided with a perfect run down of the property and the entire rental agreement was explained to us. She was responsive with virtually anything we needed and was so lovely to speak with! My partner and I were selling our home and weren’t sure which estate agent to use. We had dabbled with a few others but were recommended Katrina and K Property. Simply put, I’m delighted we were. Katrina’s great local knowledge made us feel incredibly assured with the process and our sale and immediately, we were inundated with viewings and offers. My partner and I are beyond happy with the service we received from K Property when we recently became tenants of one of their rental properties. We've been to several viewings over the past few months and, although there are a few good letting/estate agencies out there, K Property have always come out on top. Brought a property through K Property. Went to view the house asked the estate agent questions about the property she had no clue. Just open the door and stood in the background no interaction. Went to view the house for the second time made a offer with Shauna. She was lovely to speak with and replied to emails. Had a few issues with sale process spoke with Katrina the owner, customer service was absolutely awful. All I needed her to do is call the seller and get them push there solicitors to move the sale forward, nothing difficult but again found her very abrupt. Finally, went to collect my keys, again the women was very abrupt and said she was part of letting team. She walked across the room and hand me a envelope, no Thank you, Good luck, Congratulations or welcome pack. I know they would of made a good commission on this sale. Good manners and customer service goes a long way. Would I recommend K- property, honestly no.

Previously I have used K-Estates when searching for a property. Both Katrina and Shauna were so helpful and kept me on the list for properties that suited my needs and wants. I have recently sold a property with K Estates and they ensured everything went smoothly with no hassle. From the moment I made contact with k property the communication and service I received was excellent. I had never sold a house previously and this process was daunting however Katrina and Shauna both spent time explaining the process and helping me understand the steps. Each step was easy, quick and really taken out my hands as the girls are so fantastic. They sold my house quickly and we ran into a few issues with the first buyers pulling out and k property took all the stress and hassle off our shoulders and handled this for us. We got over and above what we were expecting in price which was a wonderful surprise!! We had a lot of interest and the communication was clear and very organised which was soooo helpful with both our busy jobs. Viewings were grouped which was great as this got them all done back to back on fewer days. Thanks to the planning of k property. Our photos were complimented by all viewers.
