GoogleAnother great experience form me! Lynn went above and beyond for a daft landlord like me who deleted all his statements! She provided them within an hour with no complaint at all. All staff all a pleasure to deal with , nothing is ever any trouble. Cant hesitate to recommend.

GoogleVery unprofessional and rude company. Booked in to view a property today after receiving a text message today. Myself and partner left work early to view property. Waited for 25minutes with another couple in the rain. The vendor did not come or contact us to say they were not coming. After phoning the office we received a phone call back blaming us for not attending an appointment the previous day. They refused to accept any responsibility for their mistake and did not even bother trying to ask us for another viewing. The agent was very rude to my partner saying they were in balloch and couldn’t possible be at the rental property. Thank you for wasting our time. Incidentally the other couple had exactly the same issue. I’m glad they are not selling my property or arranging rentals. We will stay clear of this company in the future if this is the way they deal with renters or buyers.
Hi Bryan, we are disappointed to receive this review, we contacted you immediately after your partner called our sales office and apologised for the error that had been made with the dates for the viewing , we were extremely apologetic for this human error and the inconvenience this caused. We have also subsequently called your partner this morning but your partner advised was due an appointment and said would call us back but not had call back at this point, we would appreciate to discuss this with you, kind regards k property

GoogleK Property managed the sale of my property in Cumbernauld. Katrina attended and gave a thorough explanation of the house sale process and associated costs. The property was quickly marketed and I was provided with regular updates on prospective buyer viewings. Having agreed a sale, Katrina managed regular visits to the property until the sake was concluded. Katrina was also able to recommend local solicitors to administer the sale. Office staff from K Property were quick to email with any teething sale issues ensuring they were quickly resolved. The service I received from start to finish was excellent. Without hesitation, I would recommend others in my position using K Property.
