GoogleCurrently dealing with Nicola Siddall, who has been a pleasure to deal with. Everything has been dealt with quickly and promptly from start to our current position and hoping for a smooth completion. Though they are more expensive than other estate agents, the quality of service is worth the price.

GoogleWe used Haybrooks during our recent house sale and communication definitely isn't there strong point. Aside from that, the pictures they took were rubbish and we had them add our own pictures instead. We only seemed to get bookings when we chased them up. The bookings we did get were often no use as the buyers weren't in a position to move yet or the house was too expensive, etc. We sold through Mymove and had to sell within 6 weeks, so why they weren't vetting people's situation prior to viewing is a mystery. They failed to tell us when completion of the sale wasn't going through, so we moved our belongings into storage on the Friday, which should have been until Monday. It ended up staying in storage for nearly 2 months, even though they were aware on Thursday that completion wasn't going ahead. Everyone in the chain was aware, except for us. This left us homeless for 2 weeks, until we ended up moving back in to our old house with none of our belongings. It was virtually impossible to get hold of them, whenever we did get through, we were fobbed off with a call back, which rarely happened. Terrible communication and customer service and certainly would not use them again. Luckily, the builders of our house paid for them via Mymove - I wouldn't be happy to pay them as my wife appeared to have to do all the work to get viewing than they ever did.

GoogleWould just like to say a massive thank you to Hayley at Haybrook, she was constantly in contact keeping me updated with new properties to the market, she recommended me to speak to Stacey the mortgage adviser who was really helpful. I would highly recommend them as a company nothing was too much trouble.

Levi and Sam who turned up to do the valuation were very friendly, kind and understanding with my elderly mother. They explained everything we needed to know in detail and provided a prompt written valuation. Would recommend, thanks.

She was genuinely friendly and helpful, and nursed me through the tortuous process of getting the sale through to completion. GoogleHaybrook were excellent, I dealt with Dan in branch who was excellent and very knowledgable, he recommended I saw their mortgage advisor about my mortgage which really helped us understand the options available to us and what we could borrow etc. Thank you!
