I can't recommend Haybrook estate agents enough, from viewing properties to putting offers in the team here are always on the ball and ready to help. Samuel has been dealing with my property purchase during the lock down and he has been nothing short of amazing, nothing has been too much trouble for him. I've been kept up to date with everything and any queries i have had, have been responded to the same day. I can't thank him enough for all his help, especially during these uncertain times during this pandemic. Definitely a valuable member of the team. 5 stars ++++

Over valued our house, took advantage of our position selling our and withheld a £10000 higher offer from us ( potential buyer contacted me re this on social media). Awful experience with Haybrooks .. avoid ! * In response I am surprised you don't remember the situation and our conversations if you are the Sam we dealt with originally. So many 'details' re the withheld offer were not recorded so we were unable to pursue with a complaint to the ombudsman. In addition we had potential buyers comment that they had been advised to put in a 'low offer' as we were desperate to sell ... again ... no record of that I'll bet. I'm sure you'll find us if you check your records again ....the property was on Owlthorpe Grove. Granted it was a few years ago but my reviews then were not posted ?

I spoke with Leanne who was incredibly helpful and managed to arrange a viewing with the vendor at quite short notice. After seeing the property we put in an offer, which was accepted.
