I recently put a property on the market following the sad loss of my sister. We chose Haybrook Estate Agents as they were local and had a good reputation. We were visited at the property by Nicola Siddall on the Tuesday, who took photos and advised us about the process. By Wednesday the 'For Sale' signs were up and by Friday I got a call from Nicola to tell me that there had been four viewing and four offers - one of which I accepted. I was expecting the process to take much longer and be much more stressful, so I have no hesitation in recommending Haybrook as a company and Nicola Siddall personally. First class service all round.

Having spoken to afew estate agents while deciding who to use to sell our house we had no hesitation in choosing haybrook after our initial meeting, the confidence and professionalism was calming through the entire process. Our particular house sale was far from straight forward! It was a probate property and had 3 set’s of solicitors involved and I’m sure that it must have been challenging at points along the way BUT we would have never known !!! Sam dealt with everything brilliantly along the way , he was the the perfect middleman between all the solicitors and the buyer and ourselves, he had solutions before we knew we had problems. He kept us involved and informed with every step but from a personal point the most important thing for me was the fact that sam was always available if i needed any information, never failed to return a phone call or an email promptly. I honestly can’t recommend sam and his colleagues enough , very efficient and extremely knowledgeable but most importantly very friendly and always approachable.
