GoogleThey are not honest, I leave my apartment clean. They try to take my deposit when they no I had leave that place the way I got it. I had a studio not even the medium, there is I friend of mine there he have a studio as well way bigger than mine he pays the same as me them they going to put 240 on my rent that the rent going up the place smells at times the bang the doors. They are rude at the front. What am I paying for the location π€ π π

GoogleThe Quarters Croydon has a lovely and professional management team which is definitely something that us renters looking for. Indre, the manager always reply my queries patiently and promptly through email. The real studio looks exactly the same as the one in video that being shared with me, prior to my arrival in London. The studio is furnished to a high standard, modern living. On the other hand the maintenance guy is also friendly and happy to assist, the management responded to maintenance request quickly whenever thereβs something needed to be check out for. Have been very happy with my stay so far, the location is great with a good transportation link to the city - 5 mins walk to East Croydon station, and with Thameslink easily arrive in London Bridge within 15 mins. Perfect for renter like me who works in central London. Opposite of the property is the Croydon high street, which thereβs also Primark, Whitgift shopping mall and Centrale Mall etc; within walking distances there are Lidl, Sainsbury, Icelands, lots of choices for groceries. High speed internet is also great and reasonably priced. Also love that thereβs always this pleasant smell in the reception/lobby area. The common area is also well kept by the Management - clean and bright. Highly recommended especially for young professionals who work hybrid (the studio has great work from home set up) and are looking for a high quality and modern accommodation.

GoogleSpending 2 years at the Quarters has been amazing, the management are kind, helpful and have aided me with my requests with little delay. The building is always stunning and clean, I am always excited to invite guests over to see my apartment. The rooms are very spacious and bed is comfortable. The location is great with every amenity you could need, 5 minute walk from East Croydon train station, easy parking for guests. Could do with some air con in the summer but otherwise I have no complaints!

Good for a short-term stay and if you are new to the London area. There will be things, which you will complain about but donβt hesitate to ask the staff for help and to deal with it. The management team will eventually help you. Prices will increase enormously after the end of the contract, so make your mind up from the beginning how long you plan to stay.

GoogleI moved in 3 weeks ago and I literally love that place. I feel home, the building is save, the staff is very nice and helpful. Indre took me through the application process which made everything so less stressful, she is amazing always there to help. I enjoy my time and space here. π β¦

GoogleI have only good things to say about how Giorgia, Indre & team manage The Quarters. When my son first moved in, my queries were answered & dealt with (which put my mind to rest) & since then nothing has been too much trouble. All in all, comfortable accommodation managed well.

GoogleThe building is located in a very good position and the surrounding area boasts lots of grocery stores, restaurants and various other kinds of shops and amenities. The East Croydon station is literally behind the corner and offers a quick link both to Central London and Gatwick. The apartments are modern and well designed. Additionally, the building is very secure and all shared spaces are constantly cleaned. Most importantly, the staff is fantastic and ready to help in no time. Absolutely recommended.

GoogleMoved to The Quarters a month ago and my overall experience has been great! The team is very responsive and cooperative. Even the maintenance team is great and fix the issues in a timely manner. The apartment was provided in the best condition and I just love the location especially due to the east access to Tram and train station and the market! I am happy I made this decision to move here as my first time in UK. Kudos to the team!

This property The Quarters (Bravo) require you to pay a fee up front Β£400 for a credit check which the onsite office assistant carries out. Despite having several references, which included a previous landlord, the management team refused to allow me to pay a rent on a monthly basis asking for 6 months rent in advance plus a 6 week deposit. As this was clearly not reasonable, I was unable to take up the tenancy and was prohibited from receiving my money back

The Quarter Swiss Cottage has got elegant and comfortable studios, a gym and an on-site restaurant, in a top central location. Tube, parks, shops are all at your doorsteps. The staff is excellent and friendly, always pro to answer to your needs. Well, once you find it, you donβt want to leave.

GoogleI'm loving living here! The studios are comfortable and well-appointed, and the quality of everything is good. The location is to die for, just minutes to all stores, George Street, Whitgift Shopping Centre, East and West Croydon, stations and trams and buses. I feel safe here and cared for, which is major consideration.

GoogleI have been living at The Quarters Croydon for several years now and could not recommend it more highly. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, quiet and secure. The management team is always quick to respond to any query and always friendly. The location is fantastic as well - a short walk to east Croydon station and right near all local amenities. Fantastic place to live!

GoogleNothing but love for The Quarters. Our move here was the easiest. The application process was personal and made easy by Indre. The building is beautifully kept and in a central location between grocery stores and public transport. Looking forward to our time spent here.

GoogleLived here once before but moved to a bigger apartment. Had nothing but grief so decided to move back to the Quarters. The reason being that itβs safe, quiet and everyone is friendly. The staff are amazing and will do anything to make your stay here absolutely perfect and relaxing. Would HIGHLY recommend this place!!
