We needed somewhere for our son to stay for a few months whilst we completed on a property he had bought in Chatham as he had relocated for work in Sidcup. When we saw what The Quarters had to offer, it was perfect for him with its location for his commute and the proximity to Central London. The whole process from initial enquiry to the final day when he moved out was handled very efficiently by Daisy Das and her team. I have particular praise to send to Daisy as she was my point of contact throughout the whole thing and she was always courteous and quick to respond to any questions that I had; we would certainly recommend this place!

The building management has been outstanding. They respond to any queries almost instantly, and every single issue I've raised has been fully resolved on the same day. The Quarters offers a modern, compact design with studio apartments tailored for professionals and commuters. The rooms are functional, typically featuring a small kitchenette. Huge choice of shops, restaurants, and bars right on your doorstep, including the popular Boxpark and two large shopping centres.The area is also well-connected by numerous bus and tram routes.

I live in flat 018. Started my tenancy back in May 2021. The Quarters is a very convenient place to live. The transport link is great and there are loads of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Most of them very cheap compared to Central London. Everything is close by. GP practice, post office, dentist, local college, library, etc. you name it. The building itself is very modern with excellent security. Very clean and new. It's fully furnished and you have everything you need.

I have recently just moved from here and have to say its easily the best accommodation u can find in croydon. The building and apartments are very modern from a basic studio to premium comes equipped with everything u need from kingsize beds modern kitchens etc very very clean. The staff are very welcoming and always have a smile and a friendly welcome as soon as you walk through the doors. The security is really safe and really friendly as-well. Any repairs are normally done within 24 -48 hours The location is perfect as soon as u step out u have a town centre with all shops on your doorstep And is very good to commute with tram station,bus station, and east croydon within 2 minutes walk I definitely would recommend staying here if go for the new modern type of feeling. Im hoping to return next year already. 😂 I would like to thank all the staff and guys for making my stay perfect and comfortable Definitely 10/10 for value and service. A martin.

My stay at The Quarters Croydon has been fantastic. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The building is kept very clean and organised. I rented my studio apartment with balcony for 6 months and then ended up renewing my contract again. I will definitely want to move back here when I come back to London. The Quarters Croydon is a fantastic place to live, in a perfect location. The studios are meticulously and immaculately presented, with beautiful furnishings and top quality appliances - it feels like you're living in a luxury hotel. The staff are all wonderful; I think there was a change of management in 2020 (perhaps explaining some older reviews) and the level of service since has been exceptional - Indre, Giorgia, Tony, Zak, all of the staff are endlessly friendly and make what can be a very stressful experience (moving house) as seamless and transparent as possible. If not for unavoidable personal reasons, I wouldn't be moving out - I had a stellar experience at TQC, and when I return to London I will be certainly seeing if they have any room availability!

It’s very well located, with fast connections to both the city and the suburbs by train and bus. Losing the Waitrose was a bummer but we have M&S and Sainsbury’s, as well as a Co-op a minute away. Streets are, sadly, filthy. There’s more civic sense in “developing” countries than there has been in Britain over the last 25-30 years. Anti-social behaviour is, thankfully, rare. Well-built but could do with air-conditioning and / or fans. They really need to change their laundry operator. The management team is excellent. Giorgia and Indre are prompt in responding to questions or concerns. Excellent choice for well-paid singles or couples.

I have lived in the building 2 years now. The studios are what I would classify as top spec; I am very impressed with the design of my studio. The building looks very nice (entrance, corridors etc) and is kept clean. You will see the cleaners in the building every weekday morning. I have raised queries and maintenance requests with the management team various times since I have lived in the building and I usually get a response (and a fix for my maintenance issue) in the same day. I always have full confidence that the team will try their best to resolve any queries or requests that I have. There is a security guard on duty every weekday night (i think but might be every night) this helps me feel safe, along with each floor being secured and various cameras in communal areas of the building.

When I visited in person I was told to just forward bank details and the money would sorted. This hasn't been the case and we are still waiting, despite emailing and calling numerous times. I had a great experience at the Quarters Croydon. The studios are big enough to fit one person and the prices are not bad either. I need to say thanks to Mihaela who made the whole moving-in process straightforward and easy. The other staff aren’t always that helpful at times, but Mihaela has the right customer skills and has always assisted with any issues. Other than that, the concierge service is a nice to have and the location is excellent.

I stayed at Quarters Apartments for 18 months following a brief period of homelessness. At first, I'd lost out on the place because my paperwork wasn't submitted in time even though I recieved a 7 day period as opposed to their traditional 3 day rule. After moving on and continuing my search, Mihaela - the receptionist - contacted me directly when a studio was available. I had nowhere to go at the time and it was a welcome hand. She helped me beyond limits both via email and her work phone, instructing me constantly as to what I need and when they require the documentation. If it hadn't been for her, I'd have been homeless still for a while. Following that. I stayed there 18 months. And in those months, I rarely had a problem and on the odd occasion something went wrong, I would pop down to reception, speak to her and within the same day or next latest it'd be sorted. I always got a bright welcome when I walked through the door, and made that place my home for 18 months. Its long enough and the only reason I moved out was because of a change of job. People will understand... That place was home. Shaz, the Manager was always a great help. With this difficult time, staff are there less but the moment I was moving out, I could ask him anything. I'd always recieve a response from him directly in regards to matters of moving out. My notice, my deposit. I understand many have complained regarding this. Whatever the delay and lack of communication was, it wasn't present with Shaz around. He'd have everything sorted within the day. Even when my tenancy agreement required renewal, i would get a letter through my door - not post box - because they knew I always left early for work and came home late. I have no complaints. Whatsoever. The whole team there always did their best. Shaz by far the most. Anything brought to him was guaranteed to be sorted within the day. I doubt the team would know how much Mihaela saved my life that day - literally - but it did. To the team, thank you. I appreciate all your help and am unfortunate not to be able to shake hands with you all. 😄

I purchased my property at Quarters Croydon off plan back in 2016. A few issues with the initial team there however the team at Quarters Croydon now are 1st class to say the least. Friendly, helpful, professional and always keen to help. Mihaela I will say gets 10/10 for her friendly professionalism. If you are looking to purchase an apartment at Quarters Croydon I will state that the Freeholders are brilliant too. To sum up, Quarters Croydon is high end with great staff on hand, Freeholders are professional helpful and fair. You wont go far wrong with this outfit, they know what they are doing.

I have been staying at the Quarters Croydon for a while and I must say there is no value for money in this place. Charging £1500 pcm for a 24sq ft studio in London Zone 5 is a blatant ripoff. To make matters worse, there are no laundry facilities available in the rooms. 151 studios share 10 washers (5 washers and dryers). If I wanted to use Circuit laundry, I would have rented a student accommodation! I certainly regret my decision and would advise to avoid at all cost and seek a better alternative!

Great location but the studio apartments are tiny. The kitchen has a grill/microwave combo oven and a small hotplate. The ventilation in the apartment is terrible because the windows only open 6 inches(safety windows). There is no room for a washing machine or tumble dryer so you need to use the communal facilities (£3/4 a go), however the majority of my clothes can't be dry cleaned and there is no place to hang my clothes. You have a choice of sitting on your bed or on the single chair that is provided. Although this place is branded as 'luxury' it's nothing more than posh student accommodation. On my floor there are 20 studio apartments crammed into a small area and you can hear your neighbour cooking, taking a shower or talking as the walls are paper thin. £820 p/m plus £140 council tax p/m.

Had a free first session at this gym to check out what the vibe was like. Having been to a few others in the area can confirm that New Wave has the best and friendliest atmosphere. Coach was checking everyone's technique carefully and respect paid to absolute beginners just the same as to more experienced guys. Your best bet if interested in martial arts in the Croydon area. First of many for sure 👍

Very expensive for the size (less than 30 sq ft for a studio) and they charge you £100+ for electricity regardless of how many people live in this tiny flat! They are about to get major construction work which will take at least a year, during which the entire building will be covered in construction net and our homes will be turned into a construction site. Despite this, they keep our rent, instead of giving us rebates for the inconvenience! I am sure the rent will be raised after the construction work completes given the so-called "upgrade". Stay clear of them!

Horrible management! They need to come to our flats to do safety maintenance (fire sprinklers) and informed us at 1pm on the day before. I do understand that they have already given us 24-hour notice in advance but they could have done better. Such maintenance must have been planned weeks ahead? So why can't The Quarters give us a week's (or even 3-4 days') notice in advance? I work from home and have already scheduled a number of client calls and now I need to scramble around to find a place to take those calls (update: I paid for a full day of shared office just to take my clients' calls!!!!!) because I do not know when they will show up suddenly as The Quarters did not even give us an approximate time (e.g., Morning: Floor 1-6; Afternoon: Floor 7-12)! This isn't the first time they do this. They seem to have no planning at all and always suddenly tell you they need to come, when the reason for this is often something they have already planned weeks or even months ahead! As for maintenance and repairs that we (tenants) request, they will tell you the maintenance will come between 10am to 5pm! That's the entire day! Why can't they just schedule the morning or the afternoon? Like I am afraid to even go to the toilet to poop in case the maintenance suddenly shows up! Better time management and some empathy will help!

My experience after a month of living here has been great. The property is tidy, well maintained and has great security features. It is also fitted with modern smart appliances. Being about 15 minutes away from London Bridge is another bonus for me as it's easier to get to work. I mostly work from home - the property has good quality/comfortable furniture and fast internet. It is also quiet, so there's no disturbance when I'm working. There are lots of great shops around the area.

Great location, Lovely Flats and Helpful Staffs. One of the most cost effective apartments in London, where you can get everything you need within 10 minutes walk (train and bus stations, high street brands, grocery stores, world restaurants etc.), great transportation link to Central London and Gatwick Airport (both around 20 minutes from East Croydon Station). Tram and Superloop bus service make it even more convenient for the residents, you can easily go to Ikea, Purley Way Shopping Center, and more shops in Kingston and Bromley.

I have been living at The Quarters Croydon for just over 1.5 years now and I absolutely love it, I always have since I first moved in. The staff are lovely, the environment is clean, and the location is perfect. It has not been an inconvenience living here. The area is a hotspot, very close to TWO shopping centres which I am at all the time, it’s so much easier to get simple errands done too: especially during the working day. Social life for me is also brilliant, there are plenty bars, food spots and local cafes to eat at. I have been to a few; I've got plenty more to tick off on the list. Regarding the transport links, East Croydon station is literally a 5-minute walk away, it’s convenient for me to get into central London. So many bus routes also, which is great for getting me into work. West Croydon station is also less than a 10-minute walk, allowing me to access the overground. Overall transport has not been an issue. Furthermore, being a driver and a resident at The Quarters will be great due to their parking spaces available at the back of the property and underground parking. There is always a spot to park up. This is great especially because parking can be limited within the central Croydon area at times. Lastly, living on this street has been ok for me, no complaints. It’s easy access to local shops and supermarkets and its well-lit road/area which is highly reassuring for my safety. I love the design of The Quarters Croydon, it’s neat and well presented, with a lovely smell throughout the reception area. They have laundry facilities, I do wish a few more machines were available, but if I go on a good day, I can still do laundry which is helpful. Building management has never been an issue for me, if I ever needed something to be repaired or investigated (which hasn’t been often) they tend to it right away or at their earliest convenience. Lastly the properties management I feel makes The Quarters Croydon what it is, they have always been polite. Since moving here Giorgia has been amazing, well respectful, and approachable. All the staff members to be honest have been. They’re lovely. They have always responded to problems in a timely manner. Note, I have not had any significant problems/faults since living here which is great. Once I log a fault, it's usually followed up as soon as possible, I appreciate this. It reduces stress for me having to run around and look for a solution, plus it's reassuring knowing they are completing the job well to a great standard. Prior moving, I was fully aware of what I was signing up to. The video viewing was a great idea during the lockdown, I would say it was sufficient but I couldn't see the full size of the place; just to feel how large it would be. However Giorgia was kind enough to let me view an identical empty flat so I was able to know what to expect when moving in when I came to look over some documents prior moving in. I did appreciate this because it helped me be more aware of what I needed to move in.
