Avoid Terrible Accommodation

The room I ended up with was nothing like the room I viewed. Lots of damage, dirty and tiny. Very limited plug sockets, the fire alarm goes off constantly, the corridors and communal areas do not smell nice. The walls are so thin you can hear people snore and go to the toilet. Constant road noise during the night. Constant issues with hot water, WiFi is terrible and not included in the price as you may be led to believe. TV was broken and fridge freezer is very small. You are not allowed to use any cooking appliances, the heating made my skin sore and dry. The washing facilities are dirty. If you make a complaint it wont be dealt with and it will make the rest of your time living there difficult. You have been warned, avoid at all costs.

I moved to Quarters Croydon apartment in February this year and it has been an amazing experience. It's a very peaceful living though it's located in the heart of Croydon. The location is perfect as I can get to the East Croydon station for express trains to central London and also to south. It only takes 5 mins to get to the station and also tram. There's 5 supermarkets within the walking distance and so many options to dine out.

Do NOT collect any goods or people from this address. Make them come to you even for a flat move. The landlord is using the building to generate £££ from hard working cabs & delivery drivers as they have turned it in to a car park with no allowance of the first 20/30 mins being free. What a bunch of Anchors. Oops forgot the W. I will never provide any service to this building again. Still being chased by Eurocarparks for loading a residents flat contents in 21 seconds over their 15 minutes allowance which is not displayed on their signs. The site manager was supposed to rectify this situation to get rid of this ticket & let me know but has done nothing so that I would remove this warning thus saving you from getting a ticket from Eurocarparks.

The building is located right in the heart of Croydon. There are many connectivity options including train, bus, and tram from the building within a 2-3 min walking distance. The building management is very friendly and always cooperative. There is someone from the management present 24 hours.

Amazing reception, flat and location. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Flat is compact and everything functions well. You can travel to most of the London areas, station within 1 hour and Gatwick within 15 minutes. Perfect for people that commute and travel a lot.

I have been living here for the past 4 months and everything has been great! The building is always kept clean and the management and maintenance team have always been very helpful and responsive! The location is perfect for getting into the city, with East Croydon station just a 5 minute walk away, as well as all the shops you need close by. The flat itself has clearly been looked after, with the rooms and bathrooms spacious and in great condition. Would recommend! 😊

Had a viewing some time ago and the studio and the building itself is just great, spotless clean and in a perfect location, the flat has everything you might need as well. I have moved to a nice flat at The Quarters after deciding to scale down my needs for accomodation. Coming from a bigger flat in Kigston I wasn't sure about the quarters but I have found I had nothing to worry. I have nothing but good to say (Well, appart from Croydon not being exactly like Esher..). The flat is very good, modern, super clean, safe. All of the staff @ The Quarters is absolutely fabulous including the manager and has always addressed my questions, doubts and requests. Mihaela our concierge is super nice and expedite, making sure everything is OK with our flat. I definitely recommed The Quarters in Croydon.

Following my recent move to London I spent months searching for the most suitable and reasonably priced home. The Quarters not only have a fantastic modern layout but also provide great service! You will also have access to brilliant public transport services all round. The front desk team are always there to help and after misplacing my keys the manager Mihaela did not hesitate to come out to provide me with a replacement set after working hours! The gentlemen Mr Tony keeping us safe at night never fails to greet you with a smile! A big well done to this team for making me feel at home in a place that feels like a Hotel. :)

I would echo another reviewers comments that the customer service is absolutely appalling. We spent 18 months in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment itself was spacious and the security level is brilliant for a young family. HOWEVER, do not expect any form of communication from management about the return of your deposit once you leave. Your emails will be ignored and any calls or visits will be met with Lies. It's fair to say that we would have NEVER chosen to stay there had we know that this is what we would have experienced.

I stayed at the quarters for four…

I stayed at the quarters for four months and only have good things to say. The room was lovely with a big king-sized bed, huge TV, really nice bathroom facilities and very comfortable to work from. The young lady at the front desk, Aga, is lovely and so helpful and so are all the other staff, including the cleaners. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay there.

The Quarters Apartments

The Quarters, I’ve been here 9 years,the rent used to go up small reasonable amounts until last yr it went up $260 and 10 months later it went up $150. Lease terms to 10 months so they can hike it up rent sooner. My cabinets have been buckling and cracked since I moved in, nothing done. My porch is facing courtyard and west so I NEVER have sunlight even touch my windowss. My patio is west facing where everyone walks there dogs so I can’t sit on my porch without being on display, there is no sunlight at all, and I found out the apartment next to my apt is the facing East so lots of sunlight and it’s $100 less than this dump/cave they do little to keep grounds nice, garbage always overfilled and trash everywhere: they put in one camera- not for our safety but to charge tenants fees at garbage spot. They don’t care about safety, money only. My rent has gone up to $1700, no storage. Houses for rent cheaper in the area. If you want a complex, Go to Oak leaf it’s the same price with 2 masters and a garage! ! I would love to share pics on Absolutely the worst place to rent in the area.

Stayed here for 9 months and just shocked at the customer service involved in such a premium service. Just so so poor! Still waiting for my deposit back (nearly £2000) which was promised to be paid in MAX 1 week of vacating the apartment (which I left early). It's been well over this timeframe and all communication has died, despite multiple emails daily. Now that my young family and I have left... they just don't care. No compasion and purely care about their excessive costs. On top of this I was lied to when moving in regarding council tax codes (aka costs.... It's about £250 a month on top of your rent just so you know). If you have more money than sense email info.Croydon email for them to move you in fast, take your money and ignore you once you leave (with your deposit). Joke of a place.

I've lived here for 18 months with my girlfriend in a studio. The studios are well built, with plenty of inbuilt storage and the facilities provided from the get-go make it an easy move. The building overall feels very secure and modern, there's never been any issues with the heating or the electric! Also the reception is awesome for you amazon orders, you don't need to be at home, they will sign it for you, and either keep it with them or you find a nice little amazon giftbox in front of your door depending on your preference! It's close to everything you need! Pretty much everything is <4 min walk - East Croydon Station, McDonalds, Whitgift, Starbucks, Subway, and all the shop you'll ever need. Plus you have the tram station literally in front of the building and two bus stations 1 minute away. The building management has also been quite accommodating whenever I needed something fixed or done. I was happy to call my flat home for 18 months! Reason for move is mostly outgrowing the studio, otherwise I'd still rent in this building.

I must say that I miss living here. Giorgia and the staff are exceptional. Early on in my second spell living here, ted felt slightly uncomfortable - they checked the frame and ordered a new bed immediately. I can't fault The Quarters at all. In addition both East and West Croydon are extremely conveniently located within 5-10 minutes walk as well as plenty of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Hello everybody, I recommend you never get flat or studio flat from this company absolutely dodgy people , terrible, and thy still money people in coronavirus time, and staff very rude customer service very bad , staff are terrible with communication. you never be happy there. And you can see the website to Money people complain about them and they have to many bad reviews.
