FacebookRecently sold through Streets Ahead Addiscombe and have been really impressed by how quick off the mark they were with listing our property and lining up viewings. Also how organised and professional the process has felt. Particular shout out to Marina who has been great and really proactive in keeping us up to date and extremely responsive whenever we had a question.

GoogleI have had traumatizing experience with them. They offered me a property with no gas connection. They misled me by stating that gas would be installed in 3 hours once I move in. Unfortunately the issue was bigger than three hours as stated. I requested to withdraw the the process, they forced me to still wait and that the issue will be resolved in a day. A day became four days, I was so devastated and requested a full refund of my rent and deposit. The staff started telling stories that well you signed the contract and so you cannot just cancel it. I said how do you expect me to live in a property without gas? Cut story short , this agent is a scum. Up to now am still waiting for my money which they still havent refunded telling me it would take 5 working days. They are so corny and dodgy. As am talking my solicitor will be dealing with my case as they are still holding my money. Theyre so horrible without no sense of humour. How do u expect someone to live in a property without gas considering the weather.

FacebookABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE !!! Beware of these DODGY people - I was ROBBED AT THE PROPERTY I was renting due to their negligence to maintain it and replace the balcony door, which the burglar has used to break into the house !! After I told them I'm moving out, they've arranged a viewing behind my back, inviting 10 people who walked around and touched my stuff - I've had a hidden CCTV recording !! At last they have arranged a check out without letting me know over the Easter Bank Holiday while I was moving out, unable to be present at it !! Then they said they will charge me for the broken balcony door that they've previously promised to fix - WHAT A LAUGH !! I wish to all the people I've dealt with within this agency to rot in hell - hope that Karma gets you and turns your life into a sick nightmare as you deserve it; people like you shouldn't have a right to breathe.
You should sue them.

FacebookCharlie was the person dealing with our property enquires. He was great - he organised a video viewing of the flat we were interested in and answered all our questions regarding the property. He was really quick at replying to our messages, found out extra information that we wanted and just made the whole signing and sending documents hassle free.

FacebookBeen left in this for around a 1 (been so long lost count) had 10+ property managers who only 1 ever resolved any issues. I have been very patient tenant who has done all the work myself as I don’t like to leave in a untidy messy house. After many phone calls and emails I am still waiting on a response when this ceiling will be fixed, I have 2 children under the age of 10 who have to walk under this to get anywhere in the property. I would never recommend streets ahead as a good company they can’t even keep their staff, never sort out problems only after monies and that’s it.
The number one estate agent that leaves you still with live electrics hanging out the ceiling for months
