Streets Ahead ..Danny, Salma, Andrew, Shaheen and Catherine.My previous estate agents couldn't arrange any viewings and I was struggling to sell my flat.Without the persistence of both Andrew and Danny (manager) .... Gemma Greasley from the Crystal Palace branch went above and beyond to help us find a suitable place. When we thought we weren't going to find a place that ticked most of the boxes, through either Streets Ahead or other, Gemma really came through and found us an amazing place. Gemma checked a flat's details and once knowing it was suitable, called and sent through a video and we knew it was the right one and we signed up then and there. Without Gemma, we would probably still be looking. Thank you very much!

Extremely bad service from Emma McKenzie

A really bad and poor experience from Emma McKenzie with a very aggressive attitude. Called me to chase for the rent accusing me for not paying it whereas it has been paid in full, like any other month as it goes as direct debit. Mess and chaos within a company structure, my real Property Manager "on an unexpected leave, no one knows until when". Someone manipulates with the finances and they are calling tenants accusing them of not paying the rent in full. Disaster.

Gareth, was so helpful throughout! Always constant with his communication with me & my family. Because of covid-19 he was still able to show us variety of properties via virtual recordings. Which by the way showed great quality videos in wide angle showing the whole property, it almost feels like we are viewing it physically but from the comfort of our home. I also loved that they try to add some humour into it. Definitely recommend him and his team for their great & awesome work, you can count on them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible customer service in the…

Terrible customer service in the Croydon branch. My husband and I were looking for a two bedroom flat some months ago, a blonde guy treated us poorly. Due to COVID we couldn’t have proper viewings, we were going on the sites he was telling us to check the area and every place was worse than the previous one. When we asked if he had more options he said he didn’t really want to waste time. Unbelievable. I don’t think this kind of attitude goes well with customer service. Not even three days later we found a lovely house by ourselves. Shame.

Avoid- horrible customer service

Avoid- horrible customer service. I have never written a bad review about anywhere but Streets Ahead have made it so easy. I have used them for my previous flat in their south Norwood branch, no issues at all. However their croydon branch, the customer service is unbelievable. Very pushy estate agent and don’t take no for an answer, don’t care attitude about everything. I would not recommend at all, I have had so many issues with my current residency with them and no help what so ever, just keep getting moved on from department to department like your begging. Don't waste your time guys.

Dropped like hot coal on move in day!

We were supposed to be moving into a property in Whitestone Way, Croydon. This had been agreed on 03/07 to move in 02/09. Passed the reference checks etc. When asking for the contract in the weeks leading up to the move in we were continuously fobbed off. It wasnt until 3pm on move in day that we were told the landlord had cancelled last minute due to a bereavement. This almost left us homeless as we'd already given notice to our current landlord. Later on that night we see that the property has been posted again online for an immediate move in date. They said this was a tech error but the advert is still up at the time of writing. My friend called them and asked if they were taking viewings which they confirmed they were. When confronted about this they simply blocked us on WhatsApp. Be careful in your dealings with these people, you wouldn't treat your worst enemy like that!

Selling our property and had streets…

Selling our property and had streets ahead Addiscombe visiting us. The staff who visited us was kind and seemed professional. So we thought yeah we will go with them. We called left messages no one returned our calls. Sent emails and no reply. This happened about 4 times in a week.If they are doing this at this stage how will it be after we sign the contract with them. So I emailed them and told them that we will be going with a different agency as we are not happy with the communication. Still no reply. Glad that we didn't go with them.We went with BARNARD AND MARCUS and glad we did, I never have to call to chase things up. They will always call me to update me of everything. Staff is wonderful. Every thing is fantastic.
