This is the worst agent I have ever…

This is the worst agent I have ever seen. I wanted to rent my flat the Agent Manager viewed the flat, sent me the agreement and then got disappeared. Agent Manager neither replied my call nor my email for month. After a month when I emailed to terminate the agreement then Agent Manager replied that she has a potential tenant who wants to rent the flat. Such a big liar.

Would definitely recommend streets ahead and all the team over at the Croydon branch. I had such a great experience with the seamless transaction for the property I purchased thanks to the team that helped. From Shaheen Rajabali getting the brief on point, being enthusiastic and punctual for every viewing along with being very easy to contact if I had any questions. She was also incredibly flexible working around my schedule to do viewings even at short notice. Andrew Bilby also provided fantastic support throughout the process being a fantastic point of call dealing with all parties Involved on my behalf to make the transaction smooth and seamless. If I needed anything printed, dealt with he was on it. Excellent communication and so easy to get hold of any time I had a query. Danny Midani also made sure all documents were printed, signed and ready for me to collect whenever I needed them. Just a fantastic professional team and I would once again recommend Streets Ahead Croydon and look forward to buying more properties with the help of their team. Thank you for making this a positive experience from start to finish!

Unprofessional Staff Addiscombe Branch.

We've had the misfortune of living next to a house rented out by the Addiscombe branch. When we reported problems with the anti social tenants, we got vague and unhelpful replies. The company seemed unable and unwilling to help, and the employee we were dealing with never replied. It got to the point where the neighbours on both sides of the house escalated the complaints to managers, but they were as unhelpful as the people they managed! The situation was only resolved when the tenants moved out, and us poor unfortunate neighbours had endured 6 months of misery, and sleepless nights. The agents they sent out to show the house to new renters were unprofessional, and we could hear from their conversations that they knew nothing of the area, and were giving out incorrect advice on rents and deposits. Their website says that their motto is "Nothing is too much trouble." Our experience is the opposite. We would never recommend that anyone uses this branch to rent out their property with.
