Absolutely excellent customer service experience! The team was very professional, yet warm and friendly. George and Emma made the process extremely easy; they gave simple explanations for scenarios that would otherwise seem complicated. I give them 5/5. I definitely recommend them as a high quality, all-inclusive Real Estate service provider.

FacebookThis is the first time we have use Streets Ahead to move. The property is great but prior and during the move, Streets Ahead South Norwood Branch have backtracked on several things, and have essentially called us liars. We approached them with concerns personally and privately, when asked to review their services on Facebook, and received the following: Maxime (Lettings Manager) denied all conversation about an issue, Aidan (Lettings Negotiator) implied that we were lying on that topic. Furthermore a non-working key that was assured to be replaced, has now been advised that the landlord will have to sort it. To boot, we received claims that Streets Ahead was constantly in touch throughout the process. This was not the case (e.g. we had to sort the problems that their reference company had), I had to chase them, rather than them calling us, and on one occasion we found ourselves left in London on the key pick up date without being told it has been postponed. Thankfully we had not turned up with a van full of belongings on that date, it being a work day. Overall, Streets Ahead is willing to take your money and move you very quickly, but exhibits poor communication and an unwillingness to address or correct their mistakes, being very quick to shift blame onto you. I don't appreciate being called a liar when the issue had been raised prior to even placing a deposit, in person and in writing.
We had this too - told us conversations happened that didnβt happen. Seems like this is how they train their staff if it happens all the time. Very scary way to run a business.

FacebookVery little communication especially in times of need. Still waiting on the remainder of my deposit after over three months although I have been charged for a standard clean for the next tenant! Pitty it was not cleaned for when I moved in, the fridge freezer didnβt even have any doors! Anyway nobody seems to give a monkeys so will just have to keep waiting! Good luck if you get Cherelle as your property manager, hope u have a lot of hair to pull out!

Streets Ahead Croydon provides very un-professional service. After leaving the apartment for more than 2 weeks, they do not refund my deposit nor tell me any deduction. They do not respond to emails for follow up. They do not have the courtesy to team people fairly. The property managers do not respond to issues and when they do pick up the phone, they keep passing the buck that the other person is in-charge. Please avoid them.

FacebookI used Streets Ahead to sell my home. The process was simple. The came one day and measured and took pictures on the same day. Within a week I got viewings. I requested group viewings as the house had tenants and this was respected. They kept me informed of viewers responses and the team were realistic and did not send viewers who were not in a position to purchase. A sale was quickly make agreed and the tenants and myself were happy with how things were conducted. The team including Sedat, Lexi, Patrick, Philip and Mary from the finance team acted professionally and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Because of Cherelle Muschette (my property manager), I can completely have peace of mind that my properties are in good hands. Very grateful to Tori Mcintosh, Portfolio Manager at Streets Ahead and their plumber for discovering a burst pipe causing a water leak at our property and getting it fixed asap, while keeping us very well informed about the situation throughout the process. We are living overseas and so it can be worrying to know that there is a problem but feel reassured that the Streets Ahead team and their contractors are doing a good job to look after and maintain our house for when we return to the UK.
