After dealing with many Croydon based estate agencies whilst looking for a property, most of which are not proactive at all, it was a pleasure dealing with Catherine Wood at Streets Ahead. She is personable, pro-active and actively goes out of her way to find me suitable suggestions to view and always follows up. Her honesty & realism is also very valued which is hard to come by when you are dealing with agents who obviously get commission to sell. A pleasure to deal with.

Excellent experience with Streets ahead. They really took time to understand what we needed and the key selling points of our house, which lead to a very quick sale. Jola, Kadeem and Jay were polite and very respectful of our property. Kadeem kept us updated throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!

He is always friendly and explains evrything in a straight forward way while understanding the needs of both the tenant and landlord. If I could give zero stars, I would. No replies to emails. No-one answers the phone irrespective of which extension chosen. Breach of contract several times. And all despite receiving thousands in fees. Shockingly bad service.

Poor service had to chase constantly only returned calls after numerous calls and left messages to finally hear back !!Put offer on house never had the decency to come back to see if we wanted to increase offer !Discovered unsuccessful when looked on line to show under offer ,Hope never need to use don’t feel that they have the buyer or sellers interests at heart,Let’s hope they don’t have the next property we want to put a offer on !

If possible I would give zero, this agency has no morals its an absolute disgust what they do to people. I gave a security deposit and passed reference due to some complications the landlord took longer to move out and we ended up strung along for 5 MONTHS only for them to say sorry the landlord no longer wants to rent the property to you as he is renting it to family 2 weeks prior to the agreed moving date BUT my friends called to enquiry about the same property as we thought it was odd and they very happily shared they were having an open evening 2 days later. I ended up in temporary accommodation with two children because of this situation and all the manager jumped so quickly to say was we didnt sign an agreement, we wasnt given one because we had no moving in date for 5 months but I gave a holding deposit which secures a property and all we had is a lot of BS guarantees, after all this no one picks up the phone to talk to me nor have I had any response to my email regarding making a formal complaint. Avoid this company I am not the only one having issues with Streets ahead, they really are the worst, 0 communication you have to constantly chase them, they dont care about you all they care about is their commission. Customer service is none existent!
