Fantastic service and support from Aidan in Streets Ahead over the last few weeks. GoogleI entrusted the Purley branch of Streets Ahead with the sale of my late mother's ground-floor flat. Initially my contact was Adam Watkins, and when he moved away I dealt with Aidan Naude. I have been very happy with the whole experience. For instance, the flat's garden was very overgrown, but Adam arranged for it to be cleared and tidied so that good photos of the property could be taken and uploaded to their website. Within a few days of viewings (all of which I was told about) several prospective buyers had been found, and by means of sealed bids an offer was made and accepted which was considerably over the asking price. Unfortunately, because probate took a while to be granted, this buyer (who had been very patient) eventually withdrew. Aidan immediately remarketed the flat and it took less than a week for another buyer to be found, also offering over the asking price. This has now moved to exchange of contracts and completion. Throughout the whole process Aidan has kept me and my solicitor fully informed on progress, either by e-mail or phone. I have no reservations about recommending Streets Ahead and Aidan Naude, and in fact in the next few months I will have another property to sell and I know I'll be entrusting this branch and Aidan with marketing it. Thank you for your efficient and friendly handling of the sale of my late mother's flat, at what was obviously a difficult time for me.

Streets Ahead is negatively impacting a family with vulnerable children by refusing to return a deposit fee after we failed our renting checks. They’ve stopped answering emails and phone calls which has lead to me making formal complaints with the appropriate authorities. They’ve stopped answering are acting unethically and illegally. Do not recommend.

GoogleWe sold our property last year through streets ahead, just before exchange our buyer pulled out, we nearly gave up had it not been for Aidans persistence and encouragement we would not have carried on, he managed to sell our property in a few weeks and we still managed to buy our dream home. We can not recommended Aidan enough, he has worked so hard in keeping everything running smoothly he is patient kind and a credit to streets ahead

He has proactively shown us great properties that met our requirements, contacted us when a property we had been really interested in came back on the market and supported us throughout the whole process. While the purchase journey might not have been as smooth as one would hope (chain of 5 people & their agents can never be easy), Aidan was there for us, very responsive & helpful. Definitely would recommend Streets ahead.

However, upon meeting Adam and Aidan, I was instantly put at ease with Streets Ahead being the estate agent to navigate me through a sale during these challenging waters. I have been so impressed by their professionalism and dedication to selling my property. With their diligent approach, they were able to facilitate an approved offer in less than 4 weeks. They always listened, they were always realistic with managing my expectations and their advice always backed up with up to date market insight and experience. I could not recommend Adam and Aidan at Streets Ahead enough.

After a stressful 13-month tenancy, this agency is now stalling the return of my deposit for no apparent reason. It has been 20 days since I moved out, yet they have ignored all my emails.
