Absolutely A* Diane was amazing! It was not one of the smoothest processes but she was patient , knowledgeable and understanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was extremely supportive. As for the company as a whole, well I can see why they are one of the most popular estate agents in the area! They sold our property within a week after previously being on with another agent for 7 weeks. They have our vote! Thank you so much!

Streets Ahead have really impressed me. It started off bad when landlord pulled out of my first offer for no reason on the day i was meant to move but Myles and Lynsey were relentless and determined to find me another. In the end it was Myles who found me the brand new house i'm in today! Then Zeenat helped progress everything effectively and smoothly and managed to get me in this house within a few days after it was agreed. Myles was professional and honest throughout the whole process and is an asset to Streets Ahead.

After an expected move myself and a friend took to the net looking for potential flats. Alas we found one but upon calling to view the flat had discovered it was no longer available. Jordan asked a few questions about what we were after and was able to suggest quite quickly an alternative property. My friend went to view the flat and sent me the video, IT WAS PERFECT! Another agent Myles assisted with all the finer details and the two of them worked simultaneously to secure the deal of this property. They both thought out of the box and tailored to our every need whilst dealing with a difficult personal matter of mine with such professionalism and grace. They both exude customer service at the highest level and can be trusted to deal with a period of time that can be usually quite stressful with the upmost care. I wish I would give 6/5 because they truly went above and beyond. You both will never really understand what you’ve done for us. Thanking you both so much. You are truly an asset to Streets Ahead and I hope that you will be compensated with high regard. Myles is just truly amazing, he doesn’t even realise the difference he is making. Any action points or concerns he will always endeavour to sort out and never needs prompting. He thinks out of the box and definitely seals the deal.

I left a review: By far the worst estate agents I've ever dealt with. The degree of unprofessionalism they display is horrific and I regret ever renting with them. My partner and I have been renting from the 1st of December and have had nothing but trouble from them. It's remarkable how, before I signed the lease, I was pestered with calls and repeated emails urging me to rent a property with Streets Ahead. As soon as we signed and handed over our deposit, we heard nothing more from them. We were constantly passed from person to person when we tried to enquire further with regards to our moving in. When we eventually received the keys to the property we discovered that the house was in an utterly disgusting state. It was evident that NOTHING had been cleaned. The toilet seat was completely broken, ELEVEN lightbulbs needed to be replaced. There were clumps of hair on the floor, congealed food glued to the fridge and unwanted junk (including a pair of dirty socks, thanks) that the previous tenants left. We immediately wrote a detailed letter outlining everything that was broken/required repair and requested that the house be cleaned to habitable standards as we were due to move in that weekend. We heard... nothing. The next day we tried to call the office three times. Each time we were told that our property manager - Kelly Alleyne - was on another call, but would return our call as soon as she was free. And we heard... nothing! We then went to the office the following day (in the middle of trying to move) to speak to the manager, Kunal Patel. He certainly made all the appropriate noises, claimed Kelly was off sick the day before (?!?!?!?!?) but she would respond to us the next week. No apology was made for the state of the property, no remuneration offered. I did indeed receive a message from Kelly as promised (I have come to learn, this is a miracle) assuring me she would call later. SPOILER ALERT. She did not call. I could go on, but I'm sure you get the picture. We have been emailing and calling for TWO MONTHS trying to sort out the most basic of amenities. It took six weeks to receive an inventory checklist which was promised to us the day we moved in. We eventually received compensation for the mess we found the property in, but all the repair work they promised would take place as not occurred. We currently have no lights in the bathroom or lounge and barely any light in the kitchen because we are waiting for repair work to be taken out by Streets Ahead. However, as Kelly as ignored the last six emails we have sent, I doubt this will happen. AVOID STREETS AHEAD AT ALL COSTS ** Helpful Hint ** If you are a current tenant renting through Streets Ahead, and have trouble with them, contact the landlord directly and make them aware of the situation. They're an appalling company who don't deserve any business.

Just wanted to thank the staff at Streets Ahead. Without their dedication and enthusiasm to find a buyer for my property I would have missed out on my dream home. Beware of esate agents like Lauren from Cubbit and West who charged me to have photos taken yet, lied about how many people attended my open day and still didn't manage to sell my home. A special thanks to Faye at Streets Ahead who offered a high level of professionalism, communication and transparency throughout, making the whole process much smoother, and to Ebi and Kye for their efforts. I would definetly recommend this estate agent and use them again if needed in the future.

Wow what can I say! All the Streets Ahead staff were helpful and friendly but Diane was assigned as our progressor and, boy, did she progress things!! She kept me fully in the loop at all times, even on her days off or first thing in the morning, she reassured me at all points, she was prompt in her responses and she delivered on her promise for exchange to happen by the end of this month. I know she was doing her job but there’s doing your job and then really going the extra mile. Diane did this...she went the extra two miles to be honest and never fobbed me off or dismissed me. Callum is our property manager from the Addiscombe branch, since we moved to the house last year he has been very helpful if there’s any problem with the house ( a lot of problems) He’s been liaising between us and the landlord very well (given the landlord’s location). Faye Godfrey was really helpful in our search for an investment property in Croydon. Not only did Faye identify perfect properties for our budget and specifications, but went out of her way to drive us to see the properties given I was 8.5 months pregnant. Hello, Me and my boyfriend were looking to move from Portsmouth, and after looking at loads of estate agents and speaking to a number of agents we were really disappointed with the search.Then my boyfriend found you guys. Your agent Lewis Hay was absolutely amazing!!! understood exactly what we were looking for and found us 2 amazing properties within our price range. He was Honest with us (not all agencies were) and kept us in the loop the whole way through. Since then, Lewis has been fantastic. He was quick to set up a viewing for us as well as three other places. We have recently found a new home and the stress that we experienced when looking for it has started to shade away. During our search we have registered with dozens of agencies, we have called even more of them and even though we found a new home with another agency, Streets Ahead really stood out from the other agents. Thank you Streets Ahead Croydon! I found a flat on Rightmove, was adding to the viewing list, and moved into my dream property a week later. All the costs were broken down for me in a simple, easy-to-understand format, and each stage of the move was so easy! My lettings agent Hassan was super helpful and even rang me on a Saturday to tell me I'd got the flat - he also gave me his personal number and was there at any time I needed him. He also worked hard to push the move in date to a time that was convenient for me so I didn't have to miss any time off work. I've never experienced such dedication from an estate agent before - if I ever move again I will certainly be returning to Streets Ahead.
