Last Saturday, I just rent a house using the agency Streets Ahead. The agent Myles Blair was really brilliant. He manage to fix some problems, witch I south it's not gonna happend in the same day. Just Myles skills , respect and concerne for me and my husband makes that things to move, and in less then 3 hours we got the property keyes. I have been liaising with Salma and I am lost for words at how above and beyond Salma goes to help. She has been so supportive and efficient as well as taking time out if her personal life to make sure everything is perfect. She even invited me to the office to help me complete the forms. My recent experience with this branch when purchasing a property has been the worst I have ever had. The property was misrepresented from the initial viewing and throughout the sale. The lease details, the position of the seller, the history of the marketing and future timescales were complete lies which were discovered later on. The result of the transaction was that nothing happened for 8 weeks, the sale moved nowhere and the seller ended up reducing his property from 250k to 180k, i can only imagine how much money their client has lost due to their incapability to manage a sale, poor advice and blatant deception. Danny Midani is the branch manager who dealt with the seller, he did not add an ounce of value to the transaction and the lies (it may have been cluelessness) came from a negotiator called Jo. I welcome, with pleasure, a challenge to my comments by streets ahead and have proof of all the above, I will be proceeding with a formal complaint to the company and thankfully another property.

I do think Street Ahead is good agency that always follow up on time, also have massive real estate resources that's very nice. They provide the efficiency service. Due to I already signed the contract with other agent, I missed to be their tenant. Hence I could not say how quick of their procedure once the contract signed, and I want to be honest to the people, so my comment can be fair and considerable. I would like to give 5 starts for all the services I had from them. I would like to say thank you to Ronnie, she is a lovely girl and helps me a lot. :) But I do believe they can provide the same quality service for their clients!

Hi, while renting home at 3 Tenby Court, 5 Moorland Road Croydon CR0 6HA, we have a very good experienced from Hassan. He reached on time on the said venue and showed 5 properties in the span of 3-4 hrs., which we never expected. He took us in his own car while travelling from South to East Croydon. Also he dropped us near to our venue. Hassan has given very clear information about all the properties. we have finalised the property at same day in 5 Hrs, which is due to Hassan only. Had a very good experience dealing with Streets Ahead, Croydon, when it came to finding a rental property, especially with Hassan. While other estate agencies omitted important information, like the property I was going to view would not be ready to move into until a month after I needed it, Hassan informed me of my options every step of the way and made sure that the places I viewed were ones that were suited to me. I also went through a tough period during the time I was searching for a place, when a close family member of mine was rushed into hospital. Instead of writing me off, Hassan was very patient during that time, not overbearing at all and when I was ready, went to work finding me a place. I should also give a special mention to Vanessa who showed me the property Hassan recommended for me, that I ended up moving into and George for his helping to introduce me to my new landlady. I've also got to thank Hassan again for going the extra mile and helping me to build up the brand new metal and wood bed frame that the landlady put into the property. My husband and I got a rented flat in east croyden with the help of Streets Ahead.What we liked about the agency was the quality of service provided and their professionalism. I used Streets Ahead in my search for a buy to let property in Croydon. They were definitely the best company we used in our search (we registered with most Estate Agents in the area), and their Saturday viewings process was extremely efficient . We have recently found a new home and the stress that we experienced when looking for it has started to shade away. During our search we have registered with dozens of agencies, we have called even more of them and even though we found a new home with another agency, Streets Ahead really stood out from the other agents. I almost felt like working with tailor made company - always on our case, asking for more details, offering properties, clarifying, etc. Nothing like that with other agents. Whilst I have not bought or sold through Streets Ahead (sadly), I just wanted to say that the company are fantastic and incredibly hard working. I was on my third estate agent when I discovered S.A due to them being very pro-active and putting a slip through my door. I was already committed to an agent so was not then in a position to go with S.A. Despite this, I have had weekly phone calls from Sean Ryan who was very keen to try and get my house on his books when my contract expired. However, due to personal circumstances and just not feeling up to the hassle of starting again with a fourth agent I hadn't yet got round to it. He didn't give up on me though! I received weekly phone calls from him asking how things were going and trying to encourage me to move my house to them. However, the calls were not intrusive; Sean was always really friendly and, before I got round to changing agents, my house went under offer with my existing one. I was really impressed with his tenacity and also by his genuinely friendly and courteous manner; I wish that I had gone to S.A first as I think my property would have sold a lot faster than it did! He is a credit to the company and if all the staff are as hard-working and as friendly as he is then S.A must be doing very well...... I would definitely recommend them and I will go to them first if I ever move again!

Just wanted to thank the staff at Streets Ahead. Without their dedication and enthusiasm to find a buyer for my property I would have missed out on my dream home. Beware of esate agents like Lauren from Cubbit and West who charged me to have photos taken yet, lied about how many people attended my open day and still didn't manage to sell my home. A special thanks to Faye at Streets Ahead who offered a high level of professionalism, communication and transparency throughout, making the whole process much smoother, and to Ebi and Kye for their efforts. I would definetly recommend this estate agent and use them again if needed in the future.

Diane is an asset to streets ahead, she has been incredibly supportive and was fantastic in keeping me updated on my sale. She went above and beyond to ensure my sale went through and has that personal touch that made all the difference. Stefan was also very helpful in ensuring that my sale went through and was always able to assist in the absence of colleagues. Regarding viewings streets ahead were exceptionally efficient e.g. the text message and email notification of viewings were faultless. Would use streets ahead again but only if Diane works for them!
