Isaac called when he said he would. Persisted gently when he couldn't get hold of me. Remained calm when I was stressed. Previously dealt with some of the team in South Norwood (incl Simon) and they was just as good. I wish all lettings and estate agents could be as good.

Honest advice and feedback on how best to market the home, pricing strategy resulted in a two open day offers at asking price. Regular contact through the sales process helped keep things on track! GoogleI found Townends to be totally proffesional, proactive and concientious. Darren dealt with our purchase with the highest level of care, knowledge, competance and cooperation. He went above and beyond the services that other estate agents provide and ensured our purchase went through quickly and smoothly whilst alleviating the general worries and stresses that more often than not come with the purchase of a property. I have found Townends to be one of the friendlist and easiest estate agents to work with and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a property.

Aside from great communications and a very positive energy I was impressed by the effort she made in trying to understand my needs and wants, which is not something I experienced with other agents during my flat hunt. Townends and now Stirling Ackroyd following the rebrand has been my property manager and agent since 2006. They have been highly effective in securing tenants and managing the property. In particular I have worked closely with Nicole who is an excellent, and extremely responsive property manager. She makes my life as a landlord alot less stressful and she is great at making sure tenants are well looked after.
