TrustpilotIf your heating or hot water goes out…
If your heating or hot water goes out over the weekend, there’s no way to get any support. There is no way to get ahold of Stirling Ackroyd. You will freeze, with no hot water until they decide to respond on Monday morning.

TrustpilotJames Banister - Property Manager
James Banister is the property manager you wish you had running your own home. An absolute professional; polite, organised and knowledgeable. He is impressively proactive in dealing with property issues and superbly intuitive when dealing with tenants. In short - you shouldn't rent your property without him.

TrustpilotAgency to look out for
After a dreadful experience with a previous agency, Jess at the Chiswick branch found me the most fabulous tenants. She said we'd all get on really well. And we did and still do. Jess has also checked in down the line to make sure that things were still okay. Lovely person and extremely professional, which makes a change. Always available if you need to query anything. Couldn't be more delighted.

Iftakhar KhanSenior Commercial & Land SurveyorStirling Ackroyd ShoreditchIftakhar is a very professional surveyor. He came to my shop property to discuss my requirements and made suggestions before actual work is done. This is my first time selling so I solely needed his advice. In the end and after long period of waiting, after his very supportive attitude, I sold my shop. Thank you very much Iftakhar.

TrustpilotTaija and Chelsea delivered what they…
Taija and Chelsea delivered what they promised. We had a lot of viewings to let our property and managed to get a tenant that paid a good monthly fee. We were happy with the outcome. The one and only issue was the receipt of money. The tenants moved in on the Tuesday and we didn't receive the money until the following Monday. The timing of the tenants moving in and the receipt of money could have been handled a lot better.
