GoogleA* experience from start to finish. Found a top tennant for one of our properties located close to east croydon train station in less than 24hrs. Took huge pressure off which was a delight. Kept me informed of every step and made the whole process seem so effortless. Would highly recommend Niv and his team. Keep up the good work guys this is more of what the property world needs.

GoogleHonestly, the best estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of moving with. Would HIGHLY recommend viewing properties and renting with this estate agents. Francesca was so professional, unbelievably helpful and just went above and beyond to make our move as stress free and seamless as possible. She is truly a huge asset to this team. Niven was also incredibly helpful with putting the contract through. He was efficient, quick with an queries and responses and also went above and beyond moving things around to meet our preferred move in date. The pictures of the property were an accurate representation, which is usually not the case with estate agents! Really genuine. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

GoogleAmazing experience from the start! Without a doubt, Neighbour Estate Agents are by far the best I have ever dealt with as a tenant, and in my opinion, Niven and Francesca have taken their industry to a whole new level in terms of providing a quality service. Moving can often be stressful, but Niven and Francesca made the whole process stress free for me. They are incredibly personable, professional, responsive, understanding and supportive. After almost a 7hr drive to Croydon, I was greeted warmly by Niven and Francesca, completed the admin process and handed the keys. Niven continues to be supportive as I settle in to my new home and I honestly cannot thank him and Francesca enough. I would thoroughly recommend Neighbour Estate Agents.

GoogleJamie is the most dedicated individual you want selling your home. His dedication extends into evenings and weekends. It was a difficult property we had to sell, a flat above a restaurant, but he was honest with us from the start about price and managed to secure a sale for us that was reasonable.

GoogleNot one for empty praise, but we can say this plainly and truthfully, James and Jamie and the Neighbour Team are exactly the kind of estate agents you’d want on your side. We had a particularly complex chain, but both of them stepped in and stepped up at the key moments that really mattered. It always felt like a team effort, and their support made a real difference throughout the process. Highly recommended.

GoogleI spent a lot of time choosing the right estate agent and I am so glad I went with Neighbour. Niven in depth valuation was super incredible and blew the competition out the water. They sold my house in Addiscombe within weeks of being on the market. Niven’s expertise and calm head really got this sale over the line especially when my buyer nearly pulled out due to the interest rates. He stepped in and recommended a mortgage advisor that helped the buyer secure a mortgage. The service at Neighbour was excellent, a great company to work along side. Don’t go anywhere else but Neighbour!
