I cannot express my gratitude enough to Niven and his fantastic team at Neighbour Estate Agents for helping me find the perfect rental property. As a pet owner, it was disheartening to find many agents hesitant to assist, but Niven and his team showed incredible understanding and empathy. They went above and beyond to secure me a beautiful garden flat, complete with a wonderful landlord who has since become a cherished friend. I am over the moon with my new home and owe it all to the exceptional service provided by Niven and his team. Thank you so much! Charley & Gus

Just gotta say a massive thanks to Niven & Jamie over at Neighbour! These guys, helped me move in no time at all. They were so easy to talk to on a business and persoanl level. However, they tried to convert me to a different football team (nice try Jamie, but I’m Stoke City through and through!). They were on the ball from start to finish, making sure everything went smooth as could've hoped for. Big cheers to Niven & Jamie, honestly, if you're in the market and need some estate agent wizards (and a good laugh), these are your guys. Couldn’t have done it without them, and now I’m living the dream! Appreciate you both! Jake 🏠⚽🎉

Neighbour estate agent has helped me and my family move into our new home earlier this year with a smooth process and even helped with selling our old place. It’s a great estate agent that works at a high standard while providing a friendly service. A special mention to Shawn who diligently conducted the viewings before Jamie handled the sale with distinction.

Great estate agents Jamie and Niven were amazing. Always on the ball and share information as they receive it. Very proactive, would definitely recommend. I have already asked them to help me sell another property. Do not go anywhere else :)

Jamie and Niven were the first estate agents I contacted to sell my property. Although I followed up with getting multiple agents quotes and ideas, I stayed with Neighbor estate agents because their pricing was accurate, their enthusiasm and professionalism impressed me. Achieved a sale within two weeks and completed within a short period thereafter. The whole experience was a pleasure.

Neighbour have been exceptional in managing my properties. I moved to them after being with a well-known agent in the area who was charging me through the roof for everything. Since being with Neighbour it has been a great experience. This service given to me by Niven + Shari has been second to none. Niven has been true to his word with everything he said he would do. This is a well-run business and I highly recommend them.

As an overseas property owner, we found ourselves in need of selling our property. Niven went the extra mile to provide exceptional assistance. From our initial conversation to our final email exchange, he consistently went above and beyond what was expected of him, and we greatly appreciated his efforts. Despite the time difference Niven made himself readily available, making communication much easier. We whole heartedly recommend Neighbour Estate Agent to anyone seeking to sell their home.

Arranged a viewing and had it confirmed by email and text. My daughter had delayed travelling to see her grandparents just so we could view the property together. When we arrived at the property there was no one there from Neighbour. I had to phone the office, only to be told that the keys to the flat weren't available and therefore they couldn't let us in! I spoke to two members of staff, neither of whom apologised.

We cannot praise the service from Neighbour enough. Everyone was professional, helpful and knowledgeable and gave that little bit extra attention during our sale. We were so happy with the service we have now handed our letting properties to them. A well run business by Niven and his team. Cant recommend them enough!

What can I say... Jamie went above and beyond to fulfil our needs when selling our home and buying elsewhere. After having dealt with several other estate agents, Jamie was a breathe of fresh air who really listened to what our concerns were and advised us of all of our options. We are now living in our new home and we are very pleased - thank you Jamie!

I had such a great experience working with Ophelia! She helped me secure a flat I really wanted, and she made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. Even when my current landlord was slowing down the referencing process, Ophelia stepped in and supported me every step of the way to make sure things moved forward. She kept in regular contact, updated me throughout, and was always reassuring and professional. I’m so grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agent!

I’ve been using Neighbour to manage my properties for the last 2 years. I’ve been more than happy with their service, alway attentive and keeping me up to date with my properties. I’ve never had any issues with them unlike a well known high street agent who caused me so much stress. Special mention to Shari who has been phenomenal. Keep up the good work Neighbour.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Jamie and Niven when selling my property in Croydon. After having a bad experience with my previous agent I withdrew from the market for a short while and approached Jamie. Can honestly say the service from day 1 was exceptional! They managed to agree a sale above asking price in the end and was kept in the loop every step of the way. Will definitely be using again and recommending to all friends and family. Thanks again guys!
