GoogleJamie sold my flat faster than I expected and kept me updated throughout the whole process. What really stood out was how personable he was.. no pushy sales talk or BS, just honest advice.

GoogleI can't say enough good things about Jamie, who was a standout in handling the sale of my nan’s property. After going through several estate agents who couldn't seal the deal due to the property's unique build, Jamie stepped in and changed the game. His honesty and attention to ensuring the buyer had an appropriate lender were pivotal. He even set up a face-to-face meeting with the buyer, allowing us to discuss everything transparently. Using a WhatsApp group for communication was a stroke of genius from Jamie, making the entire sale process feel seamless and connected. He navigated the complexities of dealing with solicitors with ease, keeping us updated without bogging us down in paperwork. Anyone looking for an estate agent who offers professional service with a personal flair need look no further than Jamie. THANK YOU!

GoogleHaving been an ex agent of 20 years myself & now a full time professional photographer for over 8 years, I only work with who I deem to be the best & most professional agents & that's why I recommend, Jamie Ford at The Neighbour Estate Agents, as I have worked closely with him for many years & am more than happy to recommend him as a very professional, welcoming & personable agent. So if you are looking at selling or letting your property in & around the Croydon area, then Neighbour Estate Agents & Jamie in particular should defiantly be on your short list if you don't want to be just a £££ for the larger corporate agents!

GoogleNeighbour did a great job handling our sale. We switched from another agent and the quality of photos on the advert and proactive support through the process was on another level entirely. Neighbour were super-helpful throughout. No question was too naive and they even managed to get updates from our uncommunicative solicitor when we couldn't get anything out of them. 10/10 - would use them again without hesitation.

GoogleMy husband and I really enjoyed working with Niven. He is friendly, professional and made sure our sale process went through smoothly. We had four agents come out and we picked Niven. He really lived up to everything we wanted from an agent. I would highly recommend Neighbour Estate Agent and would certainly reuse Niven in the future. 5⭐️

GoogleWe bought a BTL through Neighbour about 8 months ago and we are currently using their management service for the lettings. Both sides of the buying and letting process has been impressive. They were very proactive during the buying process always keeping me up to date and chasing all parties involved. I found they were always on top of everything. There management has been superb, what they have promised they have delivered and both Niven and Shari are amazing, so happy we found Neighbour. Brilliant service all round.
